Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN. MANY WILL ENTER; ONE FAMILY WILL WIN THE GRAND PRIZE TRIP TO JAMAICA. ADDITIONAL SMALLER RUNNER-UP PRIZES WILL ALSO BE AWARDED.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the sweepstakes period, beginning 12:01 a.m. EST on February 15, 2008 through the sweepstakes end at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 2, 2008, entrants will select what they would most like to see and experience on a vacation in Jamaica.
Entries may be submitted via the entry link at www.beaconstreetgirls.com or via mail at Jamaica Sweepstakes, B*tween Productions, 1666 Massachusetts Avenue, Suite 17, Lexington, MA 02420. Entries may either be typed or neatly written.
On or about September 15, 2008 one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries and four (4) runner up winners will also be selected at random.
PRIZES: The grand prize is a 6-day/5-night trip for 4 (two adults and two children - one room, quad occupancy) including round trip air from the closest Air Jamaica gateway to the winner's home; all-inclusive Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort & Spa includes all meals, drinks, on-site entertainment and non-motorized water sports. Trip valid for one year from date of issue. Ground transfers, administrative fees, Air Jamaica taxes and federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the winner's responsibility. Approximate retail value $3,000. Trip is based on space availability and blackout periods apply. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Grand Prize also includes a Beacon Street Girls/Jamaica Prize Pack as outlined in Runner Up prizes.
Four (4) runner up prizes consisting of a Beacon Street Girls/Jamaica Prize Pack including a Beacon Street Girls overnight bag, copy of Katani’s Jamaican Holiday, a Jamaica t-shirt and hat and will also be awarded. The runner-up prizes have an approximately retail value of $68.00 USD each.
1. Eligibility: The Beacon Street Girls Family Vacation in Jamaica Sweepstakes, (“the Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico), who are under the age of 17 as of the date the Sweepstakes begins who have an active e-mail account and Internet access as of the beginning of the Sweepstakes period and whom have entered the Sweepstakes either through an email or the U.S. Postal Service or through a valid physical entry form supplied by a designated retail partner. Employees of B*tween Productions, the Jamaica Tourist Board, Air Jamaica, Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort & Spa, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations (“Official Rules”). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. To Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes in one of the following ways: A) Electronic entries will be accepted through the Beacon Street Girls website. B) Or, you can submit an entry through the mail. C) The Sponsors may designate specific retail partners who will be approved to distribute physical entry forms.
(b) To enter by mail without obligation, send full name, birth date, address, phone number and valid email address to: BSG Family Vacation in Jamaica Sweepstakes, B*tween Productions, Inc., 1666 Massachusetts Avenue, Suite 17, Lexington, MA 02420. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 2, 2008 and be received no later than September 9. No mechanically reproduced mail-in entries are allowed and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Only one entry per person, household and/or e-mail address is permitted, regardless of the method of entry. Entrants submitting multiple entries or violating any of these Official Rules may be disqualified.
3. Prize Drawing: All Sweepstakes entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into a random prize drawing, to be held on or around September 15, 2008 at the offices of B*tween Productions. The drawing will be conducted either by independent persons or a computer program that randomly chooses the winner, from all eligible entries received and the random selection is final and binding. One (1) Grand Prize and four (4) runner up winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail. Odds of winning depend on the number of total submissions.
5. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified by e-mail within five (5) business days of the prize awarding. Parent or legal guardian of the Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute and return the Prize Acceptance/Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Form within seven (7) days following notification. If a selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not received in a timely fashion, is incomplete or modified, the prize will be forfeited. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person whose name and address is specified in the entry.
6. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Contest is offered by Sponsor, Jamaica Tourist Board, in conjunction with B*tween Productions, Inc., home of the Beacon Street Girls. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties. By participating and winning a prize, the Winner releases Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the Contest or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Sponsor’s decisions in all respects relative to the Contest are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Contest is compromised, without liability to the entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Winner, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Winner is responsible for paying any income taxes on the value of the prize received. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial and local regulations apply.
7. Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by accepting any prize, Winner consents to the use of her/his name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to Winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become property of Sponsors and none will be acknowledged or returned. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prizes.
8. Winner’s List, Official Rules: For a list of prize winners or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request and a stamped, self-addressed envelope postmarked by September 15, 2008 to BSG Family Vacation in Jamaica Contest, B*tween Productions, Inc. 1666 Massachusetts Avenue, Suite 17, Lexington, MA 02420 or (for Winners list only) send an email message by September 15, 2008 to mediarelations@btweenproductions.com with “Winners list-BSG Family Vacation in Jamaica Contest” as the email subject and contest name specified in the body of the e-mail.
