Marty’s backstory

What's in a name?
Like all the greats, Marty doesn't need a last name. If you ask him, Marty will tell you he was born in a trunk in a backlot somewhere in Hollywood. Marty is from a long line of actor canines. It is rumored that his uncle on his mother’s side was the original Scooby-Do. Marty will neither confirm nor deny this rumor.

Why Boston?
Marty "landed unexpectedly" in Boston, and has founded a thriving film community there. He has "discovered" many local talents like Matt Damon, Ben Afleck, and Uma Thurman who have all gone on to win major awards for their work.

Marty film fact: These actors have often thanked Marty in their acceptance speeches, although Marty remains characteristically modest and unassuming in the face of such lavish praise.

The Marty Method.
Marty has vowed to give something back the film community. To that end, Marty has started a film school in Boston. His graduates, who have become successful in every aspect of acting and film making refer to his technique as The Marty Method.

Marty is a nice guy.
Like many of the greats, Marty has a lot of friends.

Reminiscent of Sinatra with his Rat Pack, Marty refers to his buddies as his Posse. But Marty has friends everywhere including his very best friends of all times, The Beacon Street Girls.
