OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

Entry deadline is December 20, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
1. Eligibility: The Boston Ballet Pointe Shoes Giveaway is open to all fans of the Beacon Street Girls age 18 or younger. Employees of sponsor and affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, immediate family members and persons living in the household are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. To enter without obligation: You may enter the Contest in this way ONLY: an original post created on THIS page (see below) that contains a question asked of Lauren that relates to dance. Your posted question is your official entry. Please note that you must be a registered Club BSG to post a comment, and therefore enter. Entries must be dated no later than December 20, 2007. Use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Only six entries per person, household, and/or email address are permitted. Contestants submitting more than six posts will only be considered based on the first six posts and no more.
3. Complete submissions must include a question about dance, dancing professionally, dancing in the Nutcracker, and the like. Entrants may not ask Lauren any personal identifying information. Only a select number of questions will be answered by Lauren, but all questions are considered official entries into the Boston Ballet Pointe Shoes Giveaway. Complete submissions must not contain any personal information of any kind, including but not limited to first and last names, email addresses, mailing addresses, and ages of entrants.
4. Judging and awarding of prizes: Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. All Contest entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules and Regulations will be eligible for a random drawing on or around January 2, 2007, at B*tween’s offices. The drawing will be conducted by the editorial department of B*tween Productions, Inc. from all eligible entries received and the selection is final and binding.
5. Prize: One (1) winner will be selected randomly from among all eligible entries received. The winner and his/her parent will be notified by email. The winner will receive a pair of pointe shoes worn in rehearsals by a Boston Ballet company dancer. The winning entry will be posted on www.beaconstreetgirls.com. By entering, the participant consents for his/her comment to be considered for publication on the Web site.
6. Notification of Winners: The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the prize awarding. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or is ruled ineligible, the prize will be forfeited. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person whose screen name is specified in the entry.
7. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules & Regulations. The Contest is offered by the sponsor, which is B*tween Productions, Inc., home of the Beacon Street Girls. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence whether by email or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program, or transmission malfunctions, failures, or difficulties. Sponsor’s decisions in all respects relative to the Contest are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by sponsor in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial, and local regulations apply.
8: Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by submitting a comment, the winner consents to his/her screen name, winning entry, and statements attributed to the winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become the property of B*tween Productions, and none will be acknowledged or returned.
