OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS for the Beacon Street Girls Sean Kingston Giveaway

NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. MANY WILL ENTER; FEW WILL WIN.

Entry deadline is June 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

1. Eligibility: The Sean Kingston Giveaway is open to all fans of the Beacon Street Girls age 18 or younger. Employees of sponsor and affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, immediate family members and persons living in the household are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. To enter without obligation: You may enter the Giveaway by completing the entry form. Entries must be dated no later than June 30, 2008. Use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Only one entry per person, household, and/or email address is permitted.

3. Complete submissions must include: a valid personal email address and a valid parent email address (can be the same). Complete submissions must not contain any personal information of any kind, including but not limited to first and last names, email addresses, mailing addresses, and ages of entrants.

4. Judging and awarding of prizes: Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. All Giveaway entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules and Regulations will be eligible for a random drawing on or around July 15, 2008, at B*tween’s offices. The drawing will be conducted by the editorial department of B*tween Productions, Inc. from all eligible entries received and the selection is final and binding.

5. Prizes: Five (5) winners will be selected randomly from among all eligible entries received. The winners and their parents will be notified by email. The winners will receive one copy of a Beacon Street Girls book signed by recording artist Sean Kingston.

6. Notification of Winners: The winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the prize awarding. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or is ruled ineligible, the prize will be forfeited. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person whose email address is specified in the entry.

7. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules & Regulations. The Giveaway is offered by the sponsor, which is B*tween Productions, Inc., home of the Beacon Street Girls. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence whether by email or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program, or transmission malfunctions, failures, or difficulties. Sponsor’s decisions in all respects relative to the Giveaway are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by sponsor in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial, and local regulations apply.

8: Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by the winner consents to her screen name, winning entry, and statements attributed to the winner for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become the property of B*tween Productions, and none will be acknowledged or returned.

9. Winner’s List, Official Rules & Regulations: For a list of winners or a copy of these official rules, send your request and a stamped, self-addressed envelope postmarked by December 31, 2008, to:
