SWEET-N-SUDSY CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES
1. Eligibility: Sweet-n-Sudsy Soap Contest (“the Contest”) is open to legal residents of the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico or wherever otherwise void), age 18 or younger, who have entered the contest through the mail through a valid physical entry. Employees of B*tween Productions, the Sponsor and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Participation in the
Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations (“Official Rules”). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. To Enter: You may enter the Contest by submitting an entry through the mail. All necessary materials must be sent with the attached Official Entry and Specifics Forms. To enter by mail without obligation, send contest entry form and decorative soap design or message to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 1, 2008 and be received no later than 7 days after contest end date. No mechanically reproduced mail-in entries are allowed and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of the method of entry. Entrants submitting multiple entries or violating any of these Official Rules may be disqualified.
3. Prize Awarding: All Contest entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be judged on or around June 15, 2008 by the Sponsor. The judges will consider all eligible entries received and the selection is final and binding. Two (2) Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received. Parents of the Winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone. Odds of winning depend on the number of total submissions. Many will enter; few will win. The judges will evaluate the entries based on 3 criteria: originally of design/message (25%); creativity of design/message and specifics (50%); and effort (25%), as judged by the 4 Sisters Soaps team.
4. Prizes: Two (2) Winners will have their decorative design or message painted on two soap entities each as specified by each winner in her entry. In addition, the Winners will both receive a 4 Sisters Soaps gift basket valued at $35 each. The first names only, ages, grades, states, and countries of the Winners may be published on BeaconStreetGirls.com and 4SistersSoaps.com. Last names, addresses, and email addresses will not be published. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries. Many will enter; few will win.
5. Notification of Winners: The parents of the Winners will be notified by email or telephone within five (5) business days of the prize awarding. If a selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not received in a timely manner or is incomplete or modified, the prize will be forfeited. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person whose name and address is specified in the entry.
6. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Contest is offered by the Sponsor, 4 Sisters Soaps, in conjunction with B*tween Productions, Inc., home of the Beacon Street Girls. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties. By participating and winning a prize, a winner releases Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the Contest or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Sponsor’s decisions in all respects relative to the Contest are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Contest is compromised, without liability to the entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Winners, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Winners are responsible for paying any income taxes on the value of the prize received. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial and local regulations apply.
7. Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by accepting any prize, the Winners consent to the use of their names, photos and/or likenesses, biographical information, winning entries and statements attributed to Winners (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become property of Sponsors and none will be acknowledged or returned. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prizes. By entering a decorative soap design or message into the Contest, participant hereby agrees to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein and irrevocably grants to Sponsors the worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, unconditional, perpetual and transferable license and right to reproduce, encode, store, modify, copy, transmit, publish, post, display, adapt, exhibit and otherwise use or reuse, the participant's decorative soap design or message, in whole or in part, as well as participant's name, throughout the universe, in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, alone or as part of other material of any kind or nature. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsors shall have the right to use and change the decorative soap design or message in any manner that Sponsors may determine. The participant will not be entitled to any compensation or other consideration because of use by Sponsors of any such similar or identical material, ideas and/or concepts; and Sponsors’ use of material containing elements similar or identical to those contained in the soap design shall not obligate Sponsors to negotiate with nor entitle participant to any compensation or other claim.
8. Winners List, Official Rules: For a list of prize winners or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request and a stamped, self-addressed envelope postmarked by December 31, 2008 to Sweet-n-Sudsy Soap Contest; B*tween Productions, Inc.; 1666 Massachusetts Avenue, Suite 17; Lexington, MA 02420 or (for Winners List only) send an email message by December 31, 2008 to mediarelations@btweenproductios.com with “Winners list Sweet-n-Sudsy Soap Contest” as the email subject and contest name specified in the body of the email.
