Ugh, yeah. Coming back to school after vacay is really hard, but after you've been back in your old routine for a while, it's not so bad anymore.

Well, I've never actually been a full-fledged pop star or movie star. But, I do know that in order to make it in the biz, you have to have confidence in yourself and your abilities. And, you have to back up that confidence with hard work and talent!

Hey! Wouldn't it be great if we could all just have our own reality shows and get famous? Well, wait. I'm not sure if I would want cameras following me around every second of every day!

Good luck! Two practices is not a lot of time, I bet, but if you go out there and do the best you can, what's the worst that could happen? What is it my dad says? Oh, "Nothing ventured, nothing gained." It means that if you don't go for your dreams when you get the chance, they'll never come true.

I have listened to Celtic Women! In fact, I play their Christmas CD all the time -- aka, constantly -- in December. It doesn't even matter if you celebrate Christmas or not -- it's beautiful music!

Cool! I wish I could check out a performing arts school. That sounds fun! Singing in front of people gets easier with practice, so make sure you are super-prepared before you go out there. Also, try not to look at people's faces. Look toward the back of the auditorium, and scan your eyes from side to side so that you aren't fixed on one spot looking terrified! Most of all, have CONFIDENCE in yourself. Good luck!

Great! Sing LOUD. I mean it. Not so loud that you're out of tune, but loud enough so that the casting person can clearly see that you have confidence in yourself and in your voice.

Well, I can't convince your parents to let you go to the audition, BUT I can tell you that the music/acting biz has a lot of disappointment and rejection built in. It could be that your parents want to make sure you're prepared before you go into something that intense. In the meantime, just keep preparing yourself for the next opportunity by asking you parents about voice or acting lessons. Good luck!

Oh no! Don't worry about it -- I bet even Hannah Montana gets nervous sometimes. My best advice is for you to just practice, practice, practice! That way, when you feel nervous, you can take some deep breaths and remind yourself that you're PREPARED. Also, when you're out there on stage, don't look at the people in the audience. Look at the back of the auditorium where it's pretty much too dark to see anyone's faces watching you. Good luck! I know you can do it!

I memorize songs and lines by repeating them over and over and over again! Sometimes, I'll even type them on the computer just to REALLY get it in my head. Figure out what works for you and stick with it!

Yeah, personally, I think the end is kind of weird, because if you remember, Danny puts on that letterman sweater and tries to change for HER. So, each of them changes into what they think the other wants. And then they sing that song, "You're the one that I want... oooh oooh oooh!" So, now, do they mean the CHANGED you is the one I want, or the old you? Let's call up John Travolta and ask! lol!

It is scary to get up in front of people sometimes, but the more you do it, the easier it gets. Volunteer more in class to do things like read aloud or give presentations. That way, you'll become more comfortable being up in front of groups. It works for me!

Well, the QOM are pretty much the same. I deal with them by just not giving them what they want, which is a reaction. So, if they get all up in my face about something... I just smile and walk away.

I feel like some people are just shy by nature. And that's OK. But, I've heard a lot of actresses say that they're shy in real life, but when they're playing a character, it's like being a totally different person -- free of all hang-ups and self-doubt!
