Hola chicas!

Isabel here. One of the best things about junior high is that you finally get your own locker! And it's so much more than just a place to store your stuff. At the beginning of every school year, I like to think of my empty locker as a blank canvas. Here are some easy decorating tips to make your locker look as artistically-inspired as mine:

Pick a theme. Are you into sports (like Avery), fashion (like Katani), stars (like Charlotte), or something else equally cool? Use decorations in your locker to go with your special interest! For example, I helped Charlotte cut out stars from silvery paper, and she used magnets to put them all over the inside of her locker. Instant night sky!

Put up pictures. If your school doesn't let you stick tape on your locker, you can use a corkboard with magnets on the back. (Definitely stay away from glue!) Include pictures of people, places, and maybe even pets who are special to you. Avery has the cutest pic of Marty in her locker!

Keep it tidy. No one will see your masterpiece if it's covered in clutter! I go through the pile of things in my locker once a week and throw away anything I don't need (like used gum wrappers—ewww!).

	I'm not in middle school yet,but I have ideas for my locker already! There are these little plastic, stick on air fresheners that I will definitely have in my locker! I need a mirror, too. And a shelf. And a cork board for pictures! And a pencil cup for extra pencils!

	Hey everybody!! Something that you should try to do if and when your locker gets dirty, is that you should just take a baby wipe(yes, a baby wipe, but not a used one) and just scrub with it on the certain spot that is dirty, or if your locker is dusty or dirty everywhere, take a few wipes, and simply wipe everywhere your locker is dirty. I hope this tip helps, it did for me!!

	i'm in 7th grade and i have learned you have to have a shelf. you can keep your books and binders under the shelf and your bookbag on top. it adds room to your locker for other things.

It is a celebrity's dressing room, with lights strung up on the inside, makeup shelves, a place to store extra clothes and of course tons and tons of purple glitter! 	my schools woodshop class sells really cool shelfs to put in your locker. it helps me keep my locker clean! there only $5! its two pieces of wood on the side of the locker then a third piece rests ontop of the two side pieces, so its a shelf thats easy to put up and take down, no nails or glue or anything!!!

1. If you puting up stuff like Christmas poster or just holidays take them down after that holiday.
2.keep and spot for everything.
3.Put stuff that is about you.
4. make sure you don't have gross stuff in your locker.
5Make it colorful.

Well i already decorated my locker. here are my tips:

1. Keep it clean
2. Stack everything in order. Maybe putting all things you need first period first and second period second and soo on.... Maybe you can get a locker stacker thing.
3. decorated like its your personal small house
4. have sum combination of colors like baby blue and pink. black and red. orange and yellow or yellow and green.
5. maybe you can cut up your old stylish t-shirt and use it as a backround.
6. hang up pictures of you, your family, pets, freinds, or fav movie stars.
7. OH make sure to have a mini calendar hanging sumwhere. calenders are boring but get the calenders that have pretty designs so it looks i dont know..... uhm .... PRETTY!! also it will remind you for your homework and test what days they are on.
8. If you really care about your look, then have a mirror in your locker.
9. hang those little cute chimes. [wind chimes i guess]
10. Anything else to add to this list then just write, "continue to Spotzcheetah98's list." Oh and remember don't do things that your freinds tell you to do that you don't like. don't let them force you. add your own personality in it, your own flavor, your own taste! Have fun with your improved locker.

	Hey everyone, I don't have a locker yet - I'm only in 5th grade. But a spray of my FAVE perfume or some air fresheners should do the trick. i dont know what 2 do at all, the only lockers at my school are for p.e. in the locker room. I dont think a person could really fit their head in one without getting it stuck. also, i have a problem with the girl whose locker is on the top row. She won't stop leaving her locker open and Ikeephitting my head! It hurts, what do I do to get the message to her?

	i know that at staples or any other office supply store, the have magnetic bins, (where you can keep ur pencils) mirrors, and a lot of other things to keep on or in your locker. Also, make your locker reflect you!

Hey ChunkyFunkyFashion! Having a locker is so much fun. All you want to do is express yourself. Add a little bit of your personality into your locker, and Bam! Your locker will come alive. Add some homemade art, your fave celebrities, your fave clothing brand symbols (i.e. a seagull for Hollister, a hawaiin flower for Limited Too, etc.), fave fabric samples, anything you want. Just keep your mind wide open... you'll see a brand new locker. I can guarantee you! Good luck with your locker. It's so much fun!

My advice to all you BSGs out there is to express yourself in your locker! Thousands of kids are going to be walking by your locker 24/7 all day, wanting to see what it looks like inside. You definately don't want them to think of you as a locker slob! Trust me, I have seen thousands of messy lockers every day. It's not a pretty sight! So what I would do if I were you is to make your locker unique and creative. Put a colorful background on the inside of your locker door, whether it's fabric or card stock. Whatever the background is, make it your color. I prefer to use hot pinks, lime greens, turquoise blues, bright yellows, etc. After that's done, put up your things that represent who you are. Maybe tape up the Jonas Brothers and Hannah Montana, or maybe a picture of you and your friends. It doesn't matter as long as it's unique and fashionably fun. Once you do this, your name will be no longer on the locker slob list, and you might just inspire other kids to vamp up their locker as well. Just remember to organize your locker every now and then to give it that clean feeling. Maybe even add a car scent in your locker! Hope my advice works for you chicas! 	well i wish i had a locker in the first place. im in junior high and the lockers we have r the ones for pe which stinks. i would organize it. to keep it smelling fresh i would put these air fresheners that smell really good in it.

I love my locker and it is clean, but it's only 5 inches wide! They are also really tall! Barley anybody can reach he top shelf. I keep my locker clean by puting one shelf for pencils, marckers, exc. Another shelf is for my notebooks, my calculator, and a water bottle. On another shelf, I keep my books. On the last shelf, I keep my backpack. (I carry a binder with my notebooks.) I also don't leave any sweatshirts in my locker. (That's how your locker gets jammed, and smelly.) On the door of my locker, I just have a mirror, my scedual, and a few of my favorite magnets.

That's how I keep my locker clean.

From the beginning of the year to the end, have a space for your books first of all, and then fun stuff for you in extra spaces. It is a locker for school not a place for you to live so it doesn't need everything you need to survive in it. Just your books. Take your gym clothes home for a wash frequently and it should smell pretty good, and wipe it with a wipe every now and then to make it sparkle!

I will put in a mini mirror, radio or boom-box (not playing too loud), mini air fresher in the middle, make-up in the middle fust to freshen up, my outfits depending what sports I try out for (cheerleading?) smilies/cheesy.gif

My locker has many stray papers but I usually throw them away when I can. I also havea mirror and hairbrush for when I have knots or a bad hair day. Just in case I always have an extra gym shirt and sweatshirt for an emergency! smilies/wink.gif

It's also a great idea to keep any noebooks you've already filled out with assignments so you can always refer to it if your teacher says something is missing. This could also work with single papers and a pocket folder you can keep in there or your backpack!

ok so our lockers are really big this year so i have room to fit all this stuff that i'm about to tell you that is in my locker:

i have a mirror, notepad, whiteboard/bulliten board, mini calender, 6 marker for the whiteboard, pencil pouch, picture frame, tacks, cute speech bubble magnets, clippy magnet (really handy), and i think that that's it. (there all magnetic by the way)

also i have an air freshener that smells really good.

so anyway its really cute hope you consider puting this stuff in your locker.

	The guy who has a locker next me left a sandwich in his locker over thanksgiving vacation. The janitor had to spray his and my locker to get rid of the ants. Just so everybody knows, if you can't have or get a white-board thingy, dry-erase markers come off of the insides of lockers! That's what me and my friends do! Oh, and if there's permenent marker on the inside of your locker, take a dry erase marker, scribble over it, and erase the dry-erase marker! The permanent marker should come right off with it! Buy a mini calender and post your due-dates, and events there
Get a mini bulletin board for pictures, notes and reminders ( alternative for notes, whiteboard)
Put in an extra pair of clothing ( sweater, shorts) in case you get mud splattered all over your new top!!!
Buy mini organizers for pens, penicils, erasers etc. Just for emergencies, make sure you have mints, lip gloss and lotion

At my school, there's a total of about 1600 kids, in 6th through 8th grade. So all of the lockers are about 8 inches wide & top to bottom , with one shelf at the top. My reccomendations for those kids who do have locker problems is to have a narrow organizer or white board, but you don't have to have one. They are fun! Try to organize your books and binders so they aren't jumbled around. If there are hooks for jackets & stuff, USE THEM! Try to use them to hang a bag with your gym clothes or your hat or jacket. Even a pencil case might work! Try to put the biggest, heaviest objects on bottom, lightest on top! Now I'm gonna stop, or else I may take up the whole page!
Just remember, once you organize, you can decorate!

	My locker is SOOOO SMALL i have to FOLD MY BACKPACK to MAKE IT fit. I can't even put my dry erase board that i bought in the because it DOESN'T FIT. HELP ME PLEASE! WHAT CAN I DO?!?!?!?!?!? LOVE hoopgirl

My locker is soooo small, and I'm in junior high! My locker was way bigger when I was in 5th and 6th grade! I can hardly get a shelve in it and My dry erase board is in the back so I can't see it cuz I have to stuff all my books and back pack and my lunch box. I have noooo room in it at all. I don't have a lock on it because my schedule is so tight. I'll be late for art class, which is all the way on the other side of another building. It will be clean in about a week cuz I have to get all my books out and bring them home so I can do my work while i miss school to do the play! I'll decorate it then! Love the advice!

	I used a scented air freshener in my locker to make it smell like fresh linens.I also used bright paper to cover it and make it look really nice!

i wlways put my books in THE ORDER OF MY PERIODS so i just take and go! then when you have locker break then you just put the books that you just used under all of the other books, and you take the ones on top! It all goes in order!!
