Montoya's Bakery

Montoya's Bakery is the favorite hangout of the BSG (next to the Tower, that is). The bakery is owned and operated by Nick Montoya's family (Nick is Charlotte's main crush and one of the cutest boys at Abigail Adams Junior High!). The BSG love to hang out at the bakery, sip Montoya’s famous hot chocolate, meet up with their classmates from AAJH, and hopefully avoid running into the Queens of Mean.

Nick and his sister Fabiana help out at the bakery after school and on the weekends. Whenever you walk into Montoya’s, you’re sure to meet the kids from Abigail Adams Junior High!

Montoya's Bakery Menu Drinks:
hot chocolate (regular or frozen), coffee, tea, juice, and soda

Goodies:
buñuelos (fried pastries with cinnamon & sugar), muffins (blueberry, chocolate chip, bran, apple, corn), cookies (biscotti, chocolate chip, oatmeal, shortbread, peanut butter, white chocolate macadamia), homemade breads, brownies, wedding cakes, and birthday cakes

	My favorite recipe is chocolate banana-cream pie with a spritz of vanilla added. My grandma makes it and it's delicious, especially when she adds whipping cream and smashed peppermint on top. Absolutely delicious!
