Maeve On The Red Carpet

A famous Hollywood director comes to the Brookline Movie House to run a special New York Film Academy film camp, and Maeve couldn't be more excited -- especially when she finds out this director is bringing her dreamy actor son!

Maeve's quest for the spotlight is interrupted by Madeline, the beautiful, talented, and ultra-rich daughter of the famous Krupcake King. She wants to star in the movie, too.

Will Maeve be the center of attention for both the dreamy actor son AND the film camp? Or will it be curtains for her dream of becoming a famous actress?

An absolute must read! When Maeve decides her dream is to be a star of a play. Maeve is so close, but will a snobby rich girl steal her dream? But is it really what Maeve wants? Maeve has to go with her hearts desire, even if it might not be her life long dream. A heart warming story full of uncertain surprises. I won't say anymore, as I refuse to give away the story. You can get this book at your local bookstore along with all the other memorable books. I recommend this book (and the series) for girls of all ages!

OMG, this was the best book ever!!!! I can totally relate to Maeve, and her Hollywood experience, because I've always wanted to get a chance to do something like that! I actully act and sing, but Maeve tops it all... over the summer she got the chance to be a star! I didn't like Maddie at all though, and her silly I'm-So-Great attitude made me think she was just downright mean! At least not all the stars are like that, but I'm glad that Maeve was able to break away from Maddie, (After Maddie stole Maeve's idea!!!) and form a better connection with Apollo! At least some people were able to understand Maeve and give her credit for her fabulous movie idea. After all, that Hollywood camp did sound pretty cool, and at least Maeve got one of the starring roles in the play, though she was denied the lead by Maddie's father, Krupcake King! (She WAS better then Ms. Princess though in her audition!!) I wish I could have gone with Maeve to camp........

Maeve on the Red Carpet

Maeve goes to a film camp at the Movie House with Appolo, Aretmia Aarons, and the Von Krupcakes and more people. She becomes friends with Maddie until she finds out that Maddie used her. I loved this book. It was a fantastic book and it shows that girls should always follow their dreams. Maeve followed her dreams and she got to meet famous people, and go to the red carpet. She was even in a film camp movie! It was an amazing book!
