Have you ever played that game where one person starts a story, then another person adds a sentence, and another person adds a sentence, and it goes on and on and on? The BSG and I LOVE to play that at Tower sleepovers, and the stories always turn out really crazy and funny!
Wanna play? I’ll start the story:
“One Saturday, the BSG were sitting in Montoya’s bakery like usual, drinking huge red mugs of hot chocolate with tons of whipped cream on top. Suddenly, the door opened, and they were totally shocked to see a space alien walk in! Maeve was so surprised she spit her mouthful of hot chocolate all over Katani. But Avery stood up and…

Charlotte stood up. "Well, too bad. This could be the article of the century and I'm not going to miss out on it." She and Avery took the alien by each arm and dragged it down Harvard Street, all the way to Abigail Adams, despite obvious struggles...

"We're back from the airport!" Avery's mom called up the stairs. Avery could feel her heart pounding. She hadn't seen Jason since she left Colorado. Would he still want to be friends? Wait, I gotta go IM the BSG and tell them this!". When she logged on, started a chat room. When all the BSG heard, they came rushing over. When Maeve saw Jason, she gushed...

"Not that I know of," said Charlotte. Avery shot her a look. She still couldn't gather her thoughts together about how she felt about Jason. She liked him, but was it as a friend...or for real?...

But it was too late, Maeve had seen her, and Jason was right behind her.

I get it, Jase. She's practically a... whatchamacallit, Covergirl? I get it." Avery finished for him. Jason just sat on the ground and blushed deep red. He looked up at Avery. "No, Avery! You don't get it! I never wanted to go out with Maeve! I said yes because she's really nice, and I don't want to hurt her feelings! I wanted to go out with you, Ave, not Maeve!" Jason finished his outburst and hid his head in his hands. He started either laughing or crying, Avery couldn't tell. Avery gently tapped him on the back. "Jason? You, um, alright?" Jason stood up. "Yeah. I'm alright. I just don't get how it's possible to make such a fool of myself!" Avery giggled and smiled. She was gonna do it! Or was she? Was Avery nervous? Finally making up her mind, Avery stood on tiptoe and gave Jason a little, teeny weeny peck on the cheek. Both of the blushed. Suddenly, Maeve walked in. "Oh...

Maeve nodded and her red curls bounced. "Look, you're really sweet and all, but I mean, we just met. We should take it slow. In the mean time, would it be okay if I go out with Avery?" Jason sounded like he had practiced that. "Well, sure, that's understandable." Maeve smiled, but there was a tiny tear on her cheek. She quickly brushed it away. "Thanks so much, Maeve.", Avery hugged her friend, something she never did. "Yeah, you're sweet!" Jason gave her a small, quick kiss on the cheek. Then he gave Avery a REAL kiss. Her first one ever. Her face glowed. But Maeve looked mad. "While, you guys stand here kissing, there are starving children somewhere!" she stomped out of the kitchen and slammed the door; apperently she was angry. "What happened? I thought she was okay with it." Jason looked concerned.

"let it be, izzy. obviously avery doesnt care about the starving children she could have saved while kissing jason!" Katani, confused, replied, "will someone explain this to me? starving children? porquoi?" Maeve's angry rampage unleashed on poor unsuspecting Katani. "just butt out!" With that, Maeve logged off the chatroom. "hey ave, what's her deal?" Charlotte asked. Avery looked at the message, prepared to tell the whole twisted love triangle, and began to answer. "well, i got my first kiss. but maeve is caught up in it all. it started when..."

I hope you liked the way I ended that one! All your ideas were really interesting and dramatic--but I gotta say, I hope nothing like that ever actually happens to the BSG!

Katani burst into homeroom, out of breath. "Girls! Listen up! You are never going to believe what I just overhead Grandma Ruby saying in the hallway! "And have everyone sign it!" Maeve suggested. Everyone nodded approvingly. Charlotte fiddled with her funky purple glasses like she did when she was thinking.
"That's a great idea, Ave! What if we had a group of people, including us, meet every so often to organize it all?" Charlotte implied.
"Oh! And we can have a sign up sheet for the group!" Isabel added.
"I like the way u guys think! We can meet at Montoya's today..." Katani said, her eyes twinkling.
This plan had to work. AAJH WOULD stay in business. It would just take a little work, and a whole lot of determination.
That afternoon at Montoya's, Avery piped right up. She said...

"Calm down Ave." Charlotte giggled. Avery was bouncing up and down in her seat with excitement.
"I can't! I have this great idea! So, listen to this. We can raise a ton of money to help save AAJH. We can do an auction thing. Everyone in school can bring 2 items to put in the auction. Then we use the gym to do the auction in. Isabel can draw posters for the auction and draw pictures to auction off, and Katani might even design some clothing and Charlotte can write books. Maeve can even video tape herself doing a movie and sell that!" Avery exclaimed.
"That's a great idea!" Maeve said, her eyes sparkling. "Finally I will be famous!"
"This isn't about getting famous, Maeve. It's about saving Abigal Adams Junior High." Isabel said.
"I know, I know." Maeve said, calming down.
The next day, the BSG presented their idea to their homeroom class. Everyone loved the idea. Everyone except for 2 people in particular. Anna and Joline. As soon as the class quieted down, Anna said...
leaofparis: "Who cares? If we let this old dump close, we can go to J** School on the other end!"
"Why would you want to go to stupid J** School?" Avery butted in.
"'Cause J** School is soo much cooler. They have three swimming pools and dances every week!"
"I'm in!" piped up a voice.
The BSG turned to see who it was.
"Great, Dillon," said Anna.
Then she walked over and planted her lips on Dillon, who said...
happyluckythingylover: "Um..." Dillon managed to say. This next move surprised EVERYONE. With Anna still standing near his desk with a hopeful look on her face, he stood up and kissed her right back. Maeve turned the color of her hair and hid her face in her arms.
"I'm out of this whole idea! Totally OUT! And Dillon, you are NOT who I thought you are!" fumed Maeve. She stomped out of the classroom and to the restroom, her red hair flying behind her. Isabel jumped up and followed her to the bathroom, and muffled sobs waited into the classroom.
"You know what Dillon? You just broke Maeve's heart. This is a disaster!" Charlotte surprisingly added.
"But... I just wanted to... Dillon began...
denimgirl07: "I just wanted to break Maeve's heart. MUAH HA HA!!!!!!" he said in a strange, robotic voice. And then Dillon's eyes turned green and his hands turned into to pinchers!
"CRAB BOY!!!" he screamed, and he chased Charlotte down the hall, try to pinch her!
"Aaaaah!" screamed Charlotte as she ran.
Then, all of the other students in the room except for the BSG, and including the teacher, turned into evil crab robots.
"This is why the school is closing!!! SO IT CAN BE A CRAB-ROBOT SCHOOL!" screamed the crab-teacher in a robot voice.
The BSG ran and ran out of the school before the evil crab robots could get them.
Huffing and puffing, Katani said, "OMG! We left Maeve and Isabel in the bathroom..."
mome123: "We have to go save them!" said Katani. She, Charlotte, and Avery dodged the mutant crab-boy robot army and headed for the bathroom. They couldn't see anything when they walked in, only green nausiating smoke. The girls started to cough. "Mae-cough-ve! Isa-cough-bel!" Avery managed. "Mua-ha-ha!" A scary robotic voice said. "Oh-no! The only thing left of them is there shoes!" Charlotte cried. Maeve's ballet flats, and Isabel's high-tops lay on the floor covered in green slime...
cookygirl202: ... and then Katani woke up. She was sweating and her heart was beating WAY fast. Oh thank god! It was just a dream... TOO FREAKY FOR WORDS! she thought. But it was only Saturday morning. But part of it was true; her grandma had told her that the school might have to close because they didn't have enough teachers and nobody would apply for a job. She was hoping that it didn't have to. AAJH ROCKED!

When Maeve opened her locker on Thursday morning, something fluttered to the ground. She bent over to pick it up. It was a square of notebook paper folded over and over again into a tiny rectangle. As she unfolded the mysterious note, she wondered who had slipped it into her locker. For once she was the first BSG at school that day.
