Are You a Good Leader?

1) When you were little, what was your favorite thing to do on the playground?
a. Build sandcastles with your friends in the sandbox 
b. Get your friend to help you build a fort under the jungle gym 
c. Get a bunch of kids together to play a game like tag or Red Rover 

2) A girl in your class is making fun of another girl's shoes. How do you get her to stop?

a. You make a big point of not laughing at what she's saying, and you walk away. 
b. You grab your two BFFs and say, so everyone can hear, "I think her shoes are really cute, don't you?" 
c. You convince everyone you know to stand up for the girl if they hear someone saying mean things about her. 

3) What's the most important tool for a leader?

4) Why do you look up to your role model?

a. She always does what's right, even if everyone else is doing something wrong. 
b. She's really enthusiastic about what she believes in and gets other people to join the cause. 
c. She sets out a plan to achieve her goals and then doesn’t give up until she achieves them. 

5) At a sleepover with your BFFs, everybody’s bored. What do you do?

a. You pull out your photo album and start looking through it. 
b. You get everybody to head down to the kitchen for a baking project. 
c. You get some people to look online and others to flip through magazines for fun sleepover ideas.  

Mostly As—You lead by example. People jump right on the bandwagon when they see your success! 

Mostly Bs—You get people motivated. Convincing everyone to do the right thing is no sweat for you! 

Mostly Cs—You’re a whiz at organization. When you're in charge, everyone knows what to do and how to get it done!
