i kinda think that the clique series is shallow, not 2 be rude or anything, but the ONLY thing the ppl in the book care about is getting guys 2 lik them.

moine23, thanx 4 posting. prob is, my library is SERIOUSLY and i mean SERIOUSLY dated. i mean, the books are like a million yrs old. ;P i feel like a there's been a time warp whenever i go in there. = P. so 4 nnow i'lll just get the alicia book. but what about the island books by george korman? i have his boxed set and i have red all 3 island books. i didnt read the diver or everest ones, but there is a new one called kidnapped that is reallly awesome.

In my library chain, u can reserve book that ur library doesn't have and another library with the book will send it to ur town library. That's how I got the book. MayB ur library has this system! yeah so meanwhile just try 4 alicia and lighting thief. denimgirl07- i no xactly what u mean about the clique books. after I read the 1st 1, I wanted 2 read the next 1, but I couldn't get over how mean Massie was! It made me really angry and I hated her character. The books r pretty good, though, and now i don't mind Massie as much. Sealed with a Diss is the worst 1 by far, though. It's so boring!

I just finished the first book of the shadow children series. IT WAS SO, AMAZINGLY GOOD!!!!!!!!!! It was really well written and it was sad and happy and cool and weird all at the same time! i mean one min. it was lol and the next I was crying!

My sister read the Twilight book and she is almost done with the second one. She loves Edward! I want to read these books sometime. She said there is a movie coming out soon.
