Soccer is an awesome sport there's always the fear of getting a ball in your face. Otherwise, soccer is the best! (Aside from baseball, that is.) My fave position is left forward and sometimes goalie. I can't wait until tryouts for my high school's JV girls team.
At our school when we play soccer it's like you can be abything you want. You can be gollie and the switch to middle field and so and so forth. But I still like playing soccer.

Hey whats up! Well I liked this boy on the soccer team so I asked to be the manager of the boys soccer team I did and it was so much fun! They played shirts and skins at each soccer practice!I got to know him better and he started crushing on me too! So I guess all that hard work payed off!
i am on a travle team for soccer , and i am having a tough time choosing if i should stay on my travle team or leave it. soccer is a very hard sport and whoever wants to play it should go for it because no matter how hard it is everyone is good at something. that is my problem and advice to you!!!!!
BSG fan: I've got some advice. Before you pick out your final position, try them all out first, no matter how boring or hard one sounds. Trust me, it works! Also, since I've been playing for 6 years, I'm going to tell you that sometimes the Coache's daughter or Son can be quite stubborn or mean. not once has he/she been nice so far. Anyway, hope I helped!

hplvr123, my team played in a tournament over Memorial Day weekend & we got 3rd place! But they messed up the scoring & accidentally let the 4th place team go 2 the playoffs We were all pretty mad. But we got pins & trophies!! I hope ur team wins its other tournament games! ♥hermione23

I just had the most important tournament OF THE YEAR! It was fun because we made it to the finals. In the finals a girl on the other team got a goal but she was offsides by 10 FEET! That was soooo unfair because we lost 3-2!

Hey I luv soccer. I have been playing for 3 years. I'm one of the best on my team and I play stryker... which is a cool word I use instead of fwd. My team isn't that good... we lost every game... but I scored 22 goals in the season. ttyl!!! soccerlova12

Broadwaybeauty- i have broken a bone playing soccer- my arm. Which is why i am sorta like you. i am really freaked oout that the ball will hit me and break my arm again. i try to overcome that fear, though. I still love soccer, just not goalie!!

I can't wait till my rec. soccer season comes (around July)! My worst position is playing Goalie because I'm always so afraid the ball is going to hit me in the stomach or something! I need to overcome that. BTW, has anyone ever broken a bone playing soccer? I was just sorta' curious.

I LOVE SOCCER! I LOVE SOCCER SO MUCH that I have played EVERY POSITION at least 5 TIMES PER YEAR! EVERYONE thinks I'm the BEST GOALIE in the league!Its not my opinion though, but I do LOVE it! You wouldn't think that being a GOALIE would have a lot of running, but it does! Did you know that GOALIES could make GOALS? Well, they could ! i had a game 2day 2!! we 1 2-1! we played this team & this 1 girl w/ a real weird name, that im not allowed 2 put was really bossy 2 her teammates! i scored 2 goals (1 bcuz weird-name was tryin 2 take the ball from her teammate! I have a BIG problem. My coach is different. He's all focused on footmoves and not shooting into the goal. Our team is awesome, but when it comes to shooting... Oh man it's bad! We pass perfectly, but then our team shoots in the wrong direction and we end up losing. Then My coach alwayss says, "Oh yeah, we'll practice shotting at practice", but we never do. I'm worried that we'll never score a goal again!

dear hplvr123, I don't live anywhere near your state! I play everywhere, but mostly midfield, forward, and goalie. Sometimes defense. It depends where the coach puts me. We play 11v11 because it's U13. 11v11 is fun, but we're still getting used to it. It's a lot harder than 8v8, which we played last year. We didn't have any subs yesterday at the game!!! So we all had 2 play the whole game w/out any breaks! The other team had 2 subs. We have 15 girls on our roster, but 4 didn't come.
