Fashion equals life! OK, maybe a bit dramatic there, but girls on this page know what I mean! For girls who loooove fashion, THIS is where you want to be!
Yeah, I'm gonna be a fashion designer, and I can't wait! i already have my brand name picked out, and my logo and all, and I have tons of designs all drawn out! Thing is, my cousin(we're really close, she's younger than me) wants to be one too, and she wants to have a line with me. I love her to pieces, but I don't really wanna have a partner, I was looking at going solo, and I don't really like some of her designs... Help me! what should I tell her?
what do you need advice on. Well, Fashion, but that's too broad of a topic. So narrow your focus. Outfits for spring? Accessories? Shoes? Just name it and I go toyu.
dEAR zodiacgirl, I have very straight hair aLSO. i like to put it in a high pony then curl the hair that is out of the pony holder. If that doesn't work I am very sorry!
Dear Hearmoine, I have been to Justice but they still have some pretty expensive stuff. I went to T J Max and got like the exact same stuff for like half they price! I would only buy a few things there!
I like Limited Too also but there stuff is very expensive! I buy alot of my clothes so I don't go there very much.I usually go to Old Navy or something like that.
i got a crush on this boy name d** well i go out with him now and he is so cute you should see him you will be like omg (o my gosh) thats your boyfriend and you will say break up with so i can go out with him
my bro used to be manager at hollister, but he got upgraded to working in the corporate offices...doing some geeky computer stuff(his life-long dream, but not that computers aren't cool!)...that's how i know they're all the same. i know that i'm not forced to dress in their clothes (even though i like the fashions, i actually think they're really cute!) but i just wish that they'd fit me, and that people wouldn't be as crazy about the name brands. that's all. i agree that some designer brands are so expensive, i think, whoa, i could buy my first car with the amount of money that shirt costs!, but i guess that's how the fashion industry is, isn't it? i also think, how on earth do the clique girls never max out??? my mall has: american eagle hollister abercrombie abercrombie & fitch delia's black & white store coach bebe macy's jc penney's (although i almost never go there) target (it's cute stuff for cheap!) sears (ditto w/ jc penney's)
the only stores that i have in my mall is : ~Garage Urben Planet La Senza American Eagles ~ these r the stores where i usually get my clothes~ and a ton more ~BSGlover123~
hey every1! I've been surfing around, looking at websites of designers mentioned in the Clique books that I've never heard of. Here's some stuff I found: Lilly Pulitzer:has some nice summery stuff, but it's $58 and up (!) Juicy Couture:I found a pair of pink tie-dye sweats with rainbows and "JUICY" emblazoned on them that I LOVED, but get this: the sweatshirt alone was $98 and the shorts were $58!!! Burberry: I found a skirt I liked in the signature Burberry pattern, [sarcastically] for only a whopping $113!!! Ralph Lauren: I heart the colored polo dresses w/ the little polo pony logo on them, but they're like $50!!! So, I've come to this conclusion: some designer stuff is nice, but it's WAY TOO EXPENSIVE 4 ME! I can't believe that the Clique girls like don't even think of a $780 top is expensive! They live in designer clothes! They have like 10 pairs of Juicy sweats! I like Juicy Couture's stuff. Anybody else think designers R 2 expensive 4 them? ~hermione23
Does anyone shop at Justice? I've never been in there because my mall doesn't have one ( ), but my friend has been and they have some cool things. ~hermione23
today when i went spring clothing shopping the onlee store i went to is abercrombie, a&f, hollister and victorias secret those r the onlee stores i shop in EVER!
today i went shopping and got 4 denim shorts 2 fleec shorts and 3 new tee's all from abercrombie&&fitch (my fav store) and i got a REAL coach purse it was 200$ and its reely pretty!
Hey, JC Penney is having a HUGE sale. I went yesterday and bought 3 shirts and 2 pairs of burmuda shorts. Check it out! It's buy one get one for 88 cents. It's awesome!
I very much agree with you. Necklaces are amazing. Here's some accessorizing tips for everyone:
To really stand out, try matching different necklaces together and layering them. Like one can be thick and one can be thin. One can be long and one can be short. Doesn't matter. It will look fab, I'm telling you. Oh, and pearls. VERY classy & vintage. I love them. You can get pearls from Claire's if you weren't sure.
I do sort of agree with you. The prices may be a bit over-rated, but it's the fashion industry. Things will be very expensive because it's high fashion. But basically, they're just names or labels with a certain unique look to them, you know? But there are a lot of things in this world that is expensive that doesn't seem like they should be. It's one of those things that's hard to understand. Here's a bit of advice: You don't need expensive things to look nice or be cool. Be you and dress how you want to. :]
Hey people, WHy does Louis VUttion and GUcci and Coach have to be so expensive? Yeah, there nice items, but even some place like Hollister is cheaper. And if you get knockoffs, they look the same! There's no reason it should be that expensive! AND WHAT'S WITH THE GUARDS AT THE DOORS? ONE TIME I BEEPED AND THEY ALL GAVE ME THIS EVIL LOOK AND STARTED WALKING TOWARD ME(I DIDNT STEEL ANYTHING).
CLICK THE HEART IF YOU THINK THEY SHOULD BE LESS EXPENSIVE!♥☺☻☺☻♥
I went shopping yesterday and i went into new look and they have a got a sale on. i went mad. i think i bought the whole shop. click the hert below if you lloovvee shopping! thnx
swedishfishyfashion: thanks for the help! i'll totally use ur advice for monday! i'll pick my clothes for tomorrow! once again thanks for your help! luv u always ~BSGlover123~
Oh, yay! My big sis just sent me a package with a bunch of clothes for me! They all look kinda boho/western/summer fairy-chic, and they are so cute! My fave piece is a white cotton summerdress with spaghetti straps and red and white and green pastel flowers on the bottom, like some cottage pattern. I also really liked this one button-down oxford-style shirt made out of some really soft fabric, plaid with turqouise, gold, brown, and more green-blues, all crinkly and with iridescent blue buttons. So pretty! and all for free!
BSGlover123, Well, if you normally wear light blue jeans, just changing up the color can change your look! Buy jeans in other washes that appeal to you, or see if you can find some cool way to dye them. Maybe a vest(if that's your style), or just wearing your hair down for a change. Or, if you can, wear a casual skirt or dress. As to the shoes, some laces with patterns on them can jazz them up, or as it gets warmer wear sandals. Also, use big, bright belts! Around your waist or through your belt loops, those will definitely make an impact. Try hoodies, too. Hope I helped!
thanks so much C.G. your tips are awesome i'll use them! i even layer my shirts to once again thanks for the awesome advice! wanna b friends? your friend ~BSGL123~ aka BSGlover123
Loreleimua, I'm really tall, too! I tend to shop at American Eagle, but that's sometimes a little expensive. If you can find a cute shirt there on sale, though, it might be cheap!
Also, try Macys and maybe Target. You can sometimes find cute clothes in the Juniors section, but I don't know about the kid's section.
wearing jeans is no big deal. I wear long shirts too, i love them. Same with tee's and I adore flats. But what you can do is mix it up a bit. Layer your shirts, this adds an extra touch of style to your outfit. Accessories, like bangles, long necklaces [PEARLS], and hair accesssories. You can get these items from Claire's or Icing's. Try getting some headbands with the cute bows or little bow clips. They're ADORB. I'm sure you'll look amazing. :] be creative. Let your imagination take over.
Well, I normally shop at Aero, Hollister, AE, Abercrombie, Delias, Charlotte Rousse, Forver21, Wet Seal, & Pac Sun. I also stop by Hot Topic cause they have some cute tee's.
what i ussually wear is light blue jeans, long shirts ,t-shirts ,runners, flats, and my heair in a ponytail. but i am sick and tired of wearing the same thing what do i do? ~BSGlover123~
Hey im 10 (turning 11 november) and im REALLY tall and big bones but im not fat i wear 12 medium sometimes and mostly 12 Large and for tops i could wear both and 12/14 maybe 14/16 does anyone know any VERY cute yet very CHEAP clothes stores or companys i could get clothes from
If you're in ballet, don't you need to keep your hair in a bun? Well, you can use braids to jazz it up, wrapping random pieces around and pinning them down. Also, could you try a French braid? If you have bangs you might need a headband!
hey has n e one ever been to Daisy Exchange??? my sister used to work there and i go there all the time. it is an ADORABLE store! it's like a "nice" thrift store and they pay for the clothes that u bring in and they only buy the cute stuff. i actually think they're only in OKlahoma but if u live in Oklahoma u should TOTALLY try it out! i guarentee u will LOVE it! ♥ ♥ ♥
You can be a tomboy if you want, cookygirl202. My style tips are:1.Wear what YOU like. 2. Add colorful acessories (or a hat if you want). 3. Make things match.I wore a dark blue jean jacket with very light blue jeans (did NOT look good). 4. Try putting a tank top of one color over a different colored- tank top or wearing a sparkly tank top under a V-neck shirt. 5. Dress right. It's not a good idea to wear a long skirt while bowling. THIS CLUB ROCKS!
Yeahh I wear T's and jeans too. But I'm not a tomboy, I'm just comfortable in them, you know what i mean? A cute tee and some fab jeans will always be in style. :]
hplvr123, Sorry you're still 2 small 4 abercrombie kids. How old r u? Don't worry, one day you'll fit into those clothes. DOn't try to shop at stores you don't fit into just 2 b cool. Don't grow up to that to fast!
I finally figured out why I luv AEO, Hollister and Abercrombie. I'm 13 and I'm small. Those stores have xs that fit me and r cute. JC Penney, Macy's, ect has my size but their clothes r 2 little kiddish 4 a 13 year old 2 b wearing.
I don't really like it when people see you wearing something that you normally don't wear, like for me these awesome color-blocked retro Nikes. They thought I was changing styles, but I still have the same style, I just liked those shoes! They were my sister's lucky running shoes, so they not only look cool but they're special to me!
I got bored with my shoes. They were red with cute little cut-out slits all around them, so I threaded my brand new Hello Kitty laces through them and tied them in bows in the front. It's kinda hard to describe, but they look really cute now!
So, I've heard about the store Steve&Barry's and I hear it's really cheap... The dear by Amanda Bynes necklaces look cute, but there aren't any of those stores where I live, and I don't really know what it is? Is it any good?
I know what you're saying. You're not forced to wear their clothes though. Some people may like it, some may not. Like I mentioned earlier, it doesn't matter what you wear as long as you're happy with it. There are tons of stores that people like and dislike. Many stores don't have every single size for everyone. But stating negative opinions on certain stores doesn't really help anyway. Basically, I'm saying that every store has its own style, and if someone likes shopping at other places, then so be it.
I think that it's ok if your shirt has a brand name on it but it also has a really pretty or cool design, but if it's just the name then you shouldn't waste your $$ on it! Also, if it's really comfy and you need some lounge/pjs, its fine, because its hard to be a billboard at home! Just, remember that plastering brand names isn't stylish, it's just showing off. You could have horrible style, and still wear brand names, so I would just stick with cute clothes w/out the ads!
umm do u need ur hair in a bun? if not it's just ballet and tap make sure your hair is out of your face and for times out of dance whatever u like. a cte new headband or ponytails look great w/ thin headbands? i am a dancer too i know these things. need any fashion advice?
CookyGirl202, I agree with you totally. i think that some people are trying to show off that they're wearing those kind of clothes. I think that a shirt is a shirt it doesnt matter where u got it matters if its pretty and of course if it fits you. TTYL, xopolskaxo1
i know that abercrombie, hollister, ae, and aero don't just sell their clothes in xs or s, but have you seen the mediums or larges? they're just longer, and a little wider, but they still are cut inward. sorry, i'm a curvy person who can't fit in stuff like that! i just wish they'd come in different "styles", as they call them, like delia's does, that has different cuts of jeans instead of them all being the same. do you get what im saying?
Hey there pretty gals. This is ClassyGirlx411. How are you ladies doing?
I was reading some of your comments and decided to reply to some.
Alrighty. Here's the thing about Abercrombie, Hollister, AE, and AERO. Some of you may think they gear towards those who are "skinny", but not really. If you haven't noticed, their clothing doesnt come in xS and S only. And also, you don't just see thin girls walking around wearing them. Many people, in all different shapes and sizes do as well. Always remember, it doesn't matter what you wear, as long as it's YOU, and it makes you happy. Don't stress about clothing. Remember, be classy, not trashy. :]
If any of you girls need advice, I'm here. I will give you the advice you need.
i LOVE limited too! they have rlly great clothes there, although they are a teeny bit expensive, my mom only lets me shop there once 3 weeks or sumthing like that.
Do you have any old jeans that fit you but your legs have grown to long for them, cut the right above your kneas to make cute shorts! Any old clothes, give them to good will.
My friend is always wearing the cutest clothes from hollister since her big sister is 15.But my mom says im too small. Also our friends gave me a sweater from there for my b-day,& for christmas they gave me a cute short sleeve shirt where u kinda hang the sides on ur shoulder.its lime green & 1 of the cute comfartable top! the thing that my friend wore today was a navy blue short sleeve shirt, w/ a laced spaghetti strap under with jeans & vans shoes.SO CUTE! mileylover1
TennisFreak257 i agree on everything you said! I do not wear brand names showing. People should buy a shirt because they like it, not only because it's from a certain store and it says it. click the heart if you think hollister, abercrombie etc are overrated.
Hey catlover111! I am so sorry that I have not replied to you, it's just that I have not been on this page for a while! It is anoying! That is true though. How old are you?
cookygirl202: i dont no wy peeps like abercrombie..i hate it! holister is ok. i luv the other 2 tho!!! tha have cute clothes, thats wy. even tho im not really that mch in2 fashion, i stll like thos! ttyl -hplvr123
why do people always wear airopistale and abercrombie and hollister and american eagle. the most fashoiny thing i have in my closet is jeans. plus all those stores r REALLY HARD 2 SPELL!!! heart if you agree. this is not offensive in any way, but, WHAT IS SO GR8 ABOUT THOSE STORES N E WAY? is there like a celebrity shopping at every rack?
Okay, I read this whole page of comments and saw a lot of people with tons of opinions. I think that clothes ARE just things, but people like me put clothes together as a form of creativity. I love pairing shirts and pants together and seeing what they look like. However, I think that it is degrading when you walk around with shirts that only have the brand name or logo on the front. It's like the store is owning you and using you. I don't mind buying from brand-name stores, but I want it to be because I like the style, fit, and color, not becasue it has certain letters or shapes on the front. I love shopping and fashion, but I think that our world needs a big wake-up call about sizes. Stores like Abercrombie, Hollister, Aeropostale, or American Eagle gear their clothes to really skinny people, or people on the opposite side of the spectrum. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but a lot of people are left in the dust. Heart me if you agree!
Broadway.Spazz.08: Hmm..I'd go definitely with Marshalls. They have a whole Converse shoe section, and their clothes are cut for real ppl and have all sorts of styles. I'm with you on the vintage thing. I go to tons of garage sales and thrift stores, and find an amazing outfit everywhere. I'm a little more girly than you, though, so it's hard to give you advice. Delia's is pretty inexpensive when you shop the sales racks, but it's girly times 10. I only mentioned that cuz of the vintage stuff that is sometimes there. However, this season they went totally 80s--90s. Ask away! I love fashion!
denimgirl07: I heart your idea! you're totally right. why don't we deserve to find clothes easily that aren't cut for paper dolls? i'll get back to you on the store thing. i will investigate!
I wish there was a store that was inexpensive. It has good sizes (not like only tiny sizes like at hollister), it doesn't have loud music playing (like at abercrombie), and its clothes are lots of different styles so they suit diferent people. By inexpensive clothes I mean $10-$15 for jeans, $5-$15 for a shirt. Click the heart if you think that would be an awesome store. (and comment if you know an actual store like that!)
Broadway.spazz.08, I'm not a fashion person either! I wear jeans almost everyday. But I have no idea what store to go to, most stores only sell things that are 'in style'. Lots of stores have girly things and i don't like girly clothes!
Hi! I am not a fashion person, but I am looking for some clothes and a style. I am a quirky, funny, tomboy on a tight budget. I love converse and jeans and old vintage stuff. What stores have that stuff? Thax if u can help! Broadway.Spazz.08
ummm... Gap has really cute clothes, or at least when I wear the clothes from there I get tons of compliments! Maybe it's just me, because at Nordstrom's I saw this pink and black coat, mom said it was hideous, I tried it on and she was like, "it looks really cute on you!" I wear what I like, and people like my style!
I said I saw an 8 year old wearing Hollister well yesterday I was in the first grade classroom and a girl was wearing an Aeropostale shirt, and a boy had an abecrombie shirt. First grade! First grade is 6 and 7 year olds! I don't even think 10 year old should be wearing hollister.
people u r all missing out. while i get sum nice things at american eagle, zara and H&M ROCK! They r european, a bit expspensive but soooo awesome. Everyone know europe (where i lived before i moved 2 north america) is a fashionable continent! So girls - check it out!!!!!!
I'm a major fashion freak! I LUV Shopping. Every weekend I'm at the mall. I luv shopping at Suzy's, Blue Notes, Old Navy, Ardene, Claire's and SOOOO much more
i luv the store deb forever 21 limited too hollister old navy aeo and areo. i dont like abercrombie cause i was reading a article and it said that they only wont stick thin people shoping in thier stores!
hplvr123, Go 2 Abercrombie Kids, not Abercrombie and Fitch. Abercrombie and Fitch is for older kids like 14-20 years old, or past pants sizes 16, and top sizes like 16
People, Gap is way cheaper than AEO, ABecrombie & Hollister. So when people say Gap (way to expensive), Claires, and AEO, i wanna scream. AEO is way more expensive, and besides, the Gap has really ugly clothes. I haven't shopped there in 5 years since I was 8.
A few weeks ago, I saw like an 8 year old in Hollister in the dressing room. She kept coming out of the stall and complaining to her Mom that the XS was HUGE! Well of course it's huge. Who else thinx 8 & 9 years old is too young to be wearing Hollister, AEO, & Abercrombie???
Okay people, I have 2 set the record straight. Stores like Hollister, Abercrombie, AEO, and Aero put the name of their stores on the shirts for publicity! gee, doesn't that make loads of sense!!! They just don't put the name of their store on a shirt and not think it's doing publicity. And besides, i like being a walking Billboard!
tonedoctors, I'm with you! I only wear brand name shirts. Hollister pants don't fit me, my hips r uber tiny. It stinx everyone's ganging up on you. But the fight thing w/ your BFF was alittle harsh. ~MartyRoxs005
i LOVE shopping even though i don't get to do it very ften. i like kohl's areopostale, and several otherrrs that i can't think of off the top of my head i also LOVE LOVE LOVE accesories. but i don't have my ears peirced and i'm not allowed to wear makeup until i'm 13 and i'm 12 now. any one else have those same boundarys???
dear dancechick84848, it is a body tipe i am sorry if i fended enyone i am sorry. it just means you are in the middle i have to learn to choose my words better i am sorry again!!!
dear cowgirl1 no prob. i dont acually shop at old navy or target i mean i would but none of there clothes ever seem to fit right i do shop at hollister and ameircan eagle but in the sale isle (i bought one thing full price there that was with christmas money) but not my whole wardrobe. i also usally shop at macys and khols also areopostale but they have wicked good sales =]]
tonedoctors: i agree w/ every1 else, who cares about brand name clothes?! tha r SO expensive & not better than stuff u could buy @ target! target rox! i get like everything from target! no1 wears ONLY brand name clothes! -hplvr123
Okay everyone is ganging up on ToneDoctors. I see wanting to look nice and wear brand names but to say that thats all you wear is a little extreme. But please tonedoctors don't feel like we don't like you. We are just trying to make sure no ones feelings get hurt
in response to Tortie a while back: CLothes areso much! You can tell the world exactly who you are, even if otherwise you are totally shy! You can promote eco-friendliness, or show your love of horses! At job interviews clothes show your view of this job and if you take it seriously, or if you take care of yourself and have good grooming and hygeine! And so much more! CLOTHES HELP US EXPRESS OURSELVES! THEY ARE A BIG DEAL. THEY ARE WHAT MAKES YOU YOU!
I like Old Navy and LImited Too. Holliseter, Aeropostale, and Abercrombie are stores I don't like. It's like your advirtising. (Since the clothes say the name of the store.) Heart it if you agree
i really really wanted a pair of shoes but my bestfriend bought them i told her she wasnt my friend.but the thing is she really bought them for me. i tried to talk to her but she wont listen what should i do. plz write back
If you're wearing a v-neck sweater, try wearing it with a silver headband and silver flats, maybe with a silver necklace. It looks really great together! -Beta141
hi every one i do not lik abercrombie because all of there clothes are for really sninny people people and i and not sninny or fat i am normal! heart if you agree
yeah, so I was at AE and there was this really little girl wearing an AE tee that was down to her knees and her mom was saying how much her little kid loved the store! I was thinking, she is waayyy too little! BTW, have you seen the movie Nim's Island? Look closely, her pillows have the Coach brand Cs on them!
OK DanceChick84848, that message earlier from LittleMissBroadway was actually from me BooButterfly. I didn't realize that my cousin LittleMissBroadway had logged in on my computer. Sorry for any confusion lol!
Dear DanceChick84848, I wasn't being stuck up!!! I was just saying that PERSONALLY I would rather just buy a purse from Target or Wal-Mart (and yes I HAVE bought a purse from BOTH places) then have a fake designer one!! That is just my personal opinion and I am sorry if I affended anyone here. Please forgive me.
I looooove ABERCROMBIE. Except, I don't get why they have those romantic pictures of q-t boys and girls in stylish clothes. Does it hav 2 do w/ the theme or something??? Whutev.
I know, denimgirl07, I can't understand how all of those people afford clothes like that, and walk around in them every day. They or their parents must go broke after a while. I think my family members are some of the more sensible shoppers out there. We don't go around buying all the name-brand stuff if we can't afford it. And what's so special about being a walking advertisement anyway?
you all have been saying really great things but at are school on day we got of from school and when that happens they send us home a packet and then when we went back we have all whent to eather hot topic old navey or limited too in that packet there is a thing that whin u go to one of thoes stores u get one free out fit "witch is payed though the school but this is only for fith graders. so this is the only year i get to do that but dont get me wrong i am so siked for 6th grade !!!!!!!!!!!! because i have alot of friends that are in 7th grade
alanis000 if you think your feet are big I have size 10 feet! I am in fifth grade too, and I wear th same shoe size as my mom. Size 7-8 is not bad!!!! I'm tall so I guess thats why I have giant feet. It's embarrassing standing next to my friends.
Tortie you are so right that people go overboard. Some girls in my school wear a Hollister or abercrombie shirt every day. And during the winter they wear it over a turtleneck, with a brand name hoodie on top. I have a few things too, but some girls entire closet is from Hollister and those other stores.
dear BooButterfly If u like a style but cant afford the real thing then whats wrong with a knockoff. so what if everybody knows noone will care and if they do then thats really stuck up.
I think dancechick84848 is totaly wright. Some thing may be really in, but allot of people can't actually aford the clothes, shoes, ext... (exp. huggs)
I love fashion. Fasion is a fact of life. A girl the other day told me she hated shopping and I all most fainted! My fav shop would have to be any shop in the states. I love going down their and shopping!!!!!
Hey is anyone else here a HUGE fan of Valentino? He is one of the best designers EVER!! His Spring/Summer line on his website is three words.........TO DIE FOR!!! LOL!
Shoplover101, I agree! If you can't have the real deal than why buy a knock off that EVERYONE knows is fake. I would rather have a cute purse from Target than a knock off! P.S. What purse brand is your fav? I have a Dooney (Dooney and Bourke) and a Coach. But I want a Louis (Louis Vutton) sooooooooooo much.
I don't get it why EVERYONE is obsessed with Hollister, Abercrombie, and all of those other expensive stores. Sure, I have a few things from those places, but why go overboard? Shopping is just another thing in the world that people take advantage of.
My parents can't even afford to buy buy buy buy buy everything. My mom makes me buy all the name-brand stuff my self.
I just don't get what the big deal is. People shouldn't be judged for what they wear; it's what's on the inside that counts.
denimgirl07, I wear Hollister Co and I'm in 6th grade. I started wearing Hco last summer, but my bffl wore Hco in 5th grade. I was too little to wear it!!!! I agree that 8 year olds should not wear it!!!
My sister is really into fashion, so she got me interested in it at age 5! I like classic prep, so I own a lot of polo dresses and stuff from Hollister and Abercrombie. Sometimes, though, I add a little twist to my style by throwing in a little punk or even some...dare I say it...thrift shop stuff!
In my school I saw an 8 year old wearing a hollister shirt! And it was halfway to her knees. The only reason she was wearing that is because they think that cool, older kids all wear hollister so they should wear it and be cool. I'm not saying that 8 year olds are really little or anything, but hollister is supposed to be for 14 year olds! Some clothes there are really not appropriate for kids like their low cut jeans, short skirts and shorts, and their tight clothes. I just don't think anybody, especially 8 year olds should be dressing like that. Put a heart if you agree.
danceinparis, you can ask for those clothes for holidays and birthdays and other special occasions. She may not want to spend too much money on things, so look for sales and special offers. Also, go shopping with her and ask her what she thinks of some of the clothes. If she likes the styles on you, she will be more likely to buy something!
my mom doesnt lik takin me to the mall so i try layering things i already hav to get a new look. im a vegetarian but i stil eat fish and eggs, im SO against leather and fur and even feathers...i hate it when i c ppl wearing something they had to sacrifice a poor animal for, is tht piece of clothing worth the life of a porr innocent animal? i luv limited too (but thts expensive), Gap, old navy (sometimes), aeropostal, and american eagle
I feel weird talking about stores that nobody has talked about her but I (L) Garage and Stitches!!!! The stuff is sooo cool but Garage is a bit expensive......
hey everyone!! im a vegetarian (as you probably guessed by my name) i do not support the use of anything that an animal had to be hurt to be made. (leather, fur, etc.)
i like abercrombie 2!its just that all of their stuff is WAY 2 big 4 me..aeropostale, american eagle, and ralph lauren's stuff fits me good i like earth tones : brown, green, that stuff..they look good on me ttyl
swim4ever513- U and me r so alike. I wear Aero the most and barely abercrombie- all my friendss do though. Sometimes they get mad at me for not wearing hip clothes- have u ever been in this sitch?
if you have spaghetti straps either go with a strapless bra or one with really skinny straps that you can tuck under. Also, that Hollywood clothing tape really works!
i don't like it when designers use fur and feathers at all. It's mean. But if they don't use a lot of leather, just some on shoes, that's fine. I realize shoes of leather last longer. I love horses, and I know that leather is generally the best material for tack, too. But I just hate it when they use fur!
hplvr123, I do not like abericombie&fitch at all! their music is way too loud, their clothes are to pricey for their lack of attractiveness and quality, and the lighting is too dark. I do love American Eagle, though. ANd the Gap. And Nordstrom's!
alanis000 I am 10 almost 11, and I am very, very, very short. My friends at church are always teasing me about how small I am. But in a good natured way! And I agree that those clothes are expencive somtimes! Somtimes, I find some shirts that fit me there, but I defidently can't wear shoes from those places!!!!! I wear like, a size 2 in kids shoes!
