Super Duper Pita Pockets

1) 1 pita 
 
2) Low-fat pizza sauce or other liquid topping  

3) Sliced veggies (bell peppers, tomatoes, carrots, etc.) 

4) Low-fat or fat-free cheese (shredded works best)




Directions:


1) Cut pita in half to make a pocket. 

2) Fill the bottom with cheese.  

3) Put in veggies, and add pizza sauce on top. 

4) Put it on a plate and microwave it for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted. And presto—a super duper pita pocket!
