P.S. Here are my New Year's Resultions:

This year I, Avery Koh Madden, resolve to…

1. Spend more quality time with my brothers. Especially Tim, because I don’t get to see him that much when he’s away at college.

2. Get organized. I know I can be pretty messy (my mom DOES call me the “walking hurricane”), but this year I’m going to do my best to put things where they belong so I don’t have to tear my house a part when I can’t find my homework, or my cleats, or my pet snake, Walter!

3. Study better, practice harder, have more fun. These seven words are going to be my mantra (the phrase I’ll repeat to myself to get inspired). Basically, this year, I just want to be an even more excellent version of me!

1. not get involved in all the school drama (some of my frineds are VERY catty)
2. eat healthier and not eat so much junk (gotta stay fit!)

To try to stand up and make a difference. At my school you are only allowed to go to the educational movies if you are an all A student. I always can go but my friend who makes a B every now and then never can. I think that if you aren't as smart or aren't doing as well in school, you should be able to go to more educational movies, since they teach you things. My new year resolution is to make a difference and change that rule so not only my friend can go but her education can improve.
