Addie Swartz, founder of B*tween Productions and creator of Beacon Street Girls, will help us all and give us tools to help with the girls in our lives in her presentation, Is 12 the New 18? Swartz established the Massachusetts-based B*tween Productions in 2002 to create and promote healthy media alternatives for pre-adolescent girls and, with her team of writers and child development experts, has since published 22 Beacon Street Girls (BSG) books, launched a safe social networking BSG website and introduced a line of BSG merchandise.
Monday, November 9, from 7-9pm, come to the Barnes and Noble at 950 S. Colorado to hear Addie read from the newest Beacon Street Girls novel, Sweet Thirteen.
