Hey girls!
Up here in Boston, the weather is getting officially BRRR! outside. The last thing a fashionista wants is to be so bundled up she looks like a walking snowman. But don’t worry—Kgirl’s here with fashion tips to keep you stylish and toasty-warm!
Boot it up: I absolutely cannot stand having frozen feet, but wearing clunky old boots is almost as bad! Thank goodness, boots are really IN right now, so there are tons of super-cute styles available. This year, I’m all about jeans tucked into tall boots. It’s such a catwalk look. But on really gross, mucky days when you have to drag out your nasty old snow boots, there are ways to rock even that look. Just tie on some colorful laces, or pair ‘em up with your cutest patterned socks!
Cool Coats: The essential item for any girl who doesn’t want to shiver all winter. In my opinion, the coziest coats are either made of wool, stuffed with down, or lined with polar fleece. All three kinds have tons of different colors, styles, and patterns to choose from, so you can search for that perfect -- yet functional -- coat! Oh, and I always go for something with a hood. They’re perfect for crazy-windy days or surprise snowstorms.
Accessor-winter-ize: I love accessorizing in winter, because there is no shortage of cute scarves, hats, and mittens to accent a solid-colored winter coat. I have at least three sets of winter-wear to go with different outfits. I even wear some stuff that seems summer-only, like sunglasses. They’re perfect for when the sun is glaring off all that new-fallen snow—because squinting is definitely not stylish!

I'd wear a peacock blue long sleeve v-neck with a cotton candy colored camisole underneath, a cropped white jean vest on top, tight dark wash jeans tucked into suede dark brown boots, and a high ponytail, a chunky coral bracelet, gold fringe earrings, and two necklaces: one thin gold one, and one gold chain one. They are totally in this season and they r cute, plus keep u extra warm. my brown hollister legwarmers r a def winter staple. a cool way to wear them is above boots or slouched around ballet ƒlats. The other day I had the best outfit ever, and I got sooooo many comments on it. It was a plain light pink long-sleeved shirt under a navy blue jersey tankdress with sheer light brown tights. But the best part was in the accessories. I wore a belt with a paisley pattern that had a bunch of blue, turqoise, green, pink, and white in it, and my vintage tanish/goldish cowgirl boots! Add hearts if you like the outfit. |

I love winter styles. When the weather gets cold I grab a hat, scarf, pair of mittens, and my cutest purple uggs and I'm ready to go. (knockoffs uggs actually. You would never believe they were faux... they're just as cute... and a third the price!) BTW, it's so not true that scarves are ugly. In fact, they're 1 of the cutest winter accessories! To make your scarves look stylish, wear them like a feather boa. Oh, and for winter or fall (or whenever chance I can) you would totally catch me wearing layers. So essential!!! I wish it would snow so badly!!! Just 1 winter. That's all I ask. But I'm stuck with the cold, but no snow for winter. BTW, I luv the BSG! I combine a cute, yet warm fashonable outfit by having a warm jacket that has a fuzzy layer inside with a cute color on the outside. My shirt would have cute contrast colors. I also have a normal pair of jeans with a cute pattern near the anckle and pocket. Last i would get fuzzy boots. I would tuck my jeans inside my boots so I could show off my them. Just remember, dont try to be like somebody else. Just be YOUR self, and your friends will like you more. Truly, aslacyrolls |

Me? Well.... There are so many different styles I wear! 1. Catch me with of lighter wash skinny flare jeans, paired up with a cute Aeropostale hoodie ( I luv that store! It's like cheaper AE!!), hood popping out of my jacket. Ok, Ok, I might not have the most catchy jacket; Magenta with stripes ( and solid colour)... Hey its like 2 years old ( I'm in grade 5!)!! 2. LAYERING! What would the fashion world be without it??? A cute-shirt under a scoop neck! A long shirt, in my opinion, it totally chic ontop of a collared white blouse. The collar popping is just Ah-Dorable! 3. REALLY HELPFUL: Have a shirt you deslike but you have to wear it ( for some reason or the other...)?? Ew-shirt o-so-cute sweater pure genius! Please your mom and still look stylish! PLEASE answer my question: Any ways I could style up my jacket? DIY, accent, throw something else.... gimme your best! BTW the BSG rules! Just wondering, I had trouble pronouncing Maeve's name. Is it m-EE-ve or m-A-ve? I know, it may be stupid! TTYL!! Hey girl! Here's an easy way to remember how to say Maeve's name: it rhymes with fave! About your jacket: you could put one of those iron-on patches on it for a sort of punky, alternative look. Or if it's not too puffy, try a belt around the waist. |
