NOTE: There are two different kinds of goods available through the Company’s websites. Real goods (such as gifts and accessories) may be purchased from BSGShop.com and may be advertised or promoted on BeaconStreetGirls.com. Virtual goods, including virtual representations or facsimiles of real goods, are available for “sale” via the “Town” on BeaconStreetGirls.com and can be “purchased” for either Happy Lucky Points or Marty$Money, the website’s virtual currency. Marty$Money can be purchased for real dollars (USD$) via the site using a credit card or PayPal.

Parents

If a child under 18 years old has ordered a product from The Beacon Street Girl's online store, located at BSGShop.com, without parental permission, the parent or guardian may return the product for a refund according to the return policy set forth on this Web site (see "Ordering Information" for details). To make a virtual purchase on BeaconStreetGirls.com, you must be a registered Beacon Street Girls User and comply with our Terms of Sale (including the Terms of Use). You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the security of, and restricting access to, your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all purchases and other activities that occur under your account. Beacon Street Girls sells real world, tangible products and credits for virtual currency only to those users who can legally make purchases with a credit card, which, in the United States means that you are at least 18 years of age. Beacon Street Girls reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders or terminate accounts, at any time at its sole discretion.
