project thread is an idea maeve came up with to make blankets out this velvety material and sew on designs for homeless kids and women and babies. Isabel and Katani helped with their artistic and sewing abilities. it was an awesome idea. READ MORE TO SEE WHAT I WROTE!

My mom and me head down to the local nursing home once in a while. The old folks there were so happy. We brought them cookies, NUT FREE, and drinks. They loved my moms flamingo lemonade! Another time, during school, i was looking at one of the mental kids run around trying to find someone to play with, and these mean girls turned her down. I felt bad for her. And not because she has a few disabilities. Because i cared about her feelings. People should know better! I asked the m.e teacher how many kids were there and i made gift baskets for each of them. I made a speacial little card for each of them and during math class i was allowed to make a special presentation to them. I handed each individual basket out and read them there messages. They are extremely fun even if they are different. But to me they aren't different. They are just like us. and i think they deserve to be treated like us.

 Project thread is amazing. I think I know how to make super-cute blankets. It is such a great cause too.

 i would start a project by having a free babysittin 4 all the families that need help wit kids n don't have the money 2 pay.

 i would ask them if they needed help,i could of told them that i have alot of sparkles and ribons at home and i could bring them some so they can do there projects.

 yes i started a project in school by bringing food every day for the poor . and recycling to save alote of stuff.

 I kinda know how you feel. My BFF and I love being BFFs, but there is another girl who trys to, like, take my BFF away from me. But, luckily, my BFF still loves me (obviously as a friend) so she won't let that happen. My advice to you is talk on the phone or something in private about how you feel and maybe she can be partners with you, then the other girl, and on and on. Hope this helps!

Me and some of my friends (In my mom's and one of my BFF's mom's religion class) made blankets out of fleece. Here is how:

supplies:

A good, long, wide piece of fleece, (about the size of a blanket) and scisors(I did not spell that right)

Instructions:

Take the scisor and cut in on the edge about two inches. Do that 2 times to make a strip. Double knot 2 strips together, and keep doing that until it went around the whole thing. NOW YOU HAVE A BLANKET!!!

Yes. We went around our neighborhood collecting cans for the hungry.It was a lot of fun and it feels great to help someone in need.

 I have a best friend at school and she always calls me her BFFL (Best Friend for life)but I sometimes feel that she really does not want to be my best friend anymore .There is also this other girl who wants my best friend  her best friend and she always try's to be her partner when do sports and she normaly say's yes ,so I feel really left out at school

 she probably just means friends on this website! lol she maybe does have friends in real life!!! I just got on here today and i dont have friends.....not to try to be mean or anything....

The most I ever done on those lines is a Girl Scout project that required threading, sewing whatever. LOL. I also designed a little square of fabric for JDRF.
