NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN. MANY WILL ENTER; FEW WILL WIN.

1. Eligibility: The BSG Book Giveaway is open to all fans of the Beacon
Street Girls age 18 or younger. Employees of sponsor and affiliates,
subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, immediate
family members and persons living in the household are not eligible to
participate in the Giveaway. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes
entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official
Rules & Regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. To enter without obligation: You may enter the Giveaway by mailing a
drawing or description of your favorite Beacon Street Girls book scene to:

Entries must be postmarked no later than May 29, 2009. Use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Giveaway entrants submitting more than one (1) favorite scene will only be considered based on the first scene and no more.

Complete submissions must include: A drawing and/or written description of
a scene in a published Beacon Street Girls book along with the book title.
Complete submissions must also include the entrant's first and last name,
mailing address, email address, and parent's email address.
4. Judging and awarding of prizes: Odds of winning depend on the number
of entries received. All Giveaway entries meeting the requirements of these
Official Rules and Regulations will be entered into a drawing on or around June
5, 2009 at B*tween's offices. One (1) entry will be
picked randomly out of all complete entries. The selection is final and
binding.
5. Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. The winner will receive books 1-8 of the Beacon Street Girls book series (approximate retail value $55.92), three (3) assorted Beacon Street Girls audio books (approximate retail value $59.85), one (1) bag decor (approximate retail value $3.00), one (1) happy lucky squeezie toy (approximate retail value $3.00), and one (1) BSG shoulder bag (approximate retail value $6.00).
Five (5) runners-up will receive two (2) assorted Beacon Street Girls books (approximate retail value $13.98), and one (1) audio book approximate retail value $19.95). By entering, the participant consents for his/her entry to be considered for publication on the Web site.
6. Notification of Winners: The winner and runners-up
will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the prize awarding.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted or is ruled ineligible, the prize will
be forfeited.
7. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official
Rules & Regulations. The Giveaway is offered by the sponsor, which is B*tween Productions, Inc., home of the Beacon Street Girls.
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due,
incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other
correspondence whether by email or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or
destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone,
electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program, or transmission
malfunctions, failures, or difficulties. Sponsor's decisions in all respects
relative to the Giveaway are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify
any winner, as determined by sponsor in its sole discretion. Void where
prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial, and local
regulations apply.
8: Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by submitting entry, the
winner consent to her winning entry and statements attributed to the winner (if
true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Productions, and none will be acknowledged or returned.
9. Winner's List, Official Rules & Regulations: For a list of
winners or a copy of these official rules, send your request and a stamped,
self-addressed envelope postmarked by December 31, 2009, to:
