OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS
NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN. MANY WILL ENTER; FEW WILL WIN.
Entry deadline is November 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. PST.
1. Eligibility: The "Are you a Beacon Street Girl?" 2008 contest
is open to all fans of the Beacon Street Girls age 18 or younger. Employees of
sponsor and affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment
agencies, immediate family members and persons living in the household are not
eligible to participate in the Contest. Participation in the Contest
constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of
these Official Rules & Regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. To enter without obligation: You may enter the Contest by uploading up
to three video segments telling why you are a Beacon Street Girl to the Beacon
Street Girls website. Your parent or guardian is required to complete a
permission slip and fax or mail it to us.

Entries must be uploaded and permission forms must be postmarked no later than November 30, 2008. Only three entries per person, household, and/or email address are permitted. Contest entrants submitting more than three will only be considered based on the first three videos and no more.
3. Complete submissions must include a video clip of
no more than one (1) minute in length and a signed and completed parent
permission slip. Complete parent permission slips must also include the
entrant's first and last name, mailing address, phone number, email address,
and parent's email address as well as the corresponding video upload number
provided when the video is uploaded. We do not keep this information longer
than necessary to evaluate entries.
4. Judging and awarding of prizes: Odds of winning depend on the number
of entries received. All Contest entries meeting the requirements of these
Official Rules and Regulations will be evaluated upon the following criteria:
50% effort, 25% presentation, and 25% originality of video. Videos will be
judged by B*tween Productions staff on or around December 8, 2008, at B*tween's
offices. One (1) first place, one (1) second place, and one (1) third place
winner will be chosen among all entries.
5. Prize: The finalist videos will all be posted for public viewing on
the Beacon Street Girls website. At any time, B*tween may decide to "showcase"
particular videos without designating those videos as winners. The first place
winner will receive a Beacon Street Girls sleepover bag filled with various BSG
gifts and accessories (retail value: $125); second place will receive BSG Body
Care (retail value: $38); and third place will receive a BSG journal and
stationary set (retail value: $30). By entering, the participant consents to
their entries to be considered for placement on the Web site.
6. Notification of Winners: The first, second, and
third place winners' parents will be notified by email within five (5) business
days of the prize awarding. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or is
ruled ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and the B*tween will award the
prizes to runners up. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an
entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person whose email address is
specified in the entry.
7. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official
Rules & Regulations. The Contest is offered by the sponsor, which is
B*tween Productions, Inc., home of the Beacon Street Girls. Sponsor is not
responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete,
illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence whether
by email or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or destruction or
unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical,
network, computer, hardware, software program, or transmission malfunctions,
failures, or difficulties. Sponsor's decisions in all respects relative to the
Contest are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as
determined by sponsor in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited or
restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial, and local regulations apply.
8: Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by accepting any
prize, Winner consents to the use of her/his name, photo and/or likeness,
biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to Winner (if
true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
All entries become property of B*tween Productions, Inc. and none will be
acknowledged or returned.
9. Winner's List, Official Rules & Regulations: For a list of
winners or a copy of these official rules, send your request and a stamped,
self-addressed envelope postmarked by December 31, 2008, to:
