Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN. MANY WILL ENTER; FEW WILL WIN.

1. Eligibility: The Cheetah Girls One World Ticket Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are under the age of 18 as of the date the Giveaway begins who have an active e-mail account. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial and local regulations apply. Employees of sponsor and affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, immediate family members and persons living in the household are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations.

2. To enter without obligation: During the sweepstakes period, beginning 12:01 a.m. EST on September 15, 2008 through the sweepstakes end at 11:59 p.m. EST on December 1, 2008, entrants will select the city within reasonable distance in which they would potentially attend the concert. Entries may be submitted via the entry link at BeaconStreetGirls.com. To enter by mail without obligation, send full name, birth date, address, phone number and valid email address to Cheetah Girls One World Ticket Giveaway, B*tween Productions, 1666 Massachusetts Avenue, Suite 17, Lexington, MA 02420. Entries may either be typed or neatly written. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the following city-specific deadlines below. No mechanically reproduced mail-in entries are allowed and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Only one entry per person, household and/or e-mail address is permitted, regardless of the method of entry. Entrants submitting multiple entries or violating any of these Official Rules may be disqualified.

On or around the city-specific deadlines below, one (1) Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries for each of the 50 locations scheduled to host the Cheetah Girls One World Tour. Fifty (50) winners will be chosen in all. No transportation, hotel, or other expense will be provided.

3. Prizes: All Giveaway entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into a random prize drawing to be held on or around the city-specific deadlines above at the offices of B*tween Productions. The drawing will be conducted either by independent persons or a computer program that randomly chooses the winner, from all eligible entries received. The random selection is final and binding. One (1) winner per Tour stop location will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received to be awarded four (4) regular admission tickets to the Cheetah Girls One World Tour in the city of entrant's choice. Winners will be notified via parent e-mail address provided by entrant upon entering the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of total submissions. Approximate retail value $50 per ticket. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. Prizes may not be sold or bartered. Prizes do not include any additional expenses, including, but not limited to transportation, incidentals, meals, telephone charges, travel insurance, and souvenirs. Federal, state and local sales or other taxes and surcharges are the responsibility of the winner. Photo ID will be required in order to claim prizes. Winners will claim tickets in person at the Box Office Will Call window at the appropriate concert venue on the day of the concert. Any expense not specifically stated as being included in the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. Notification of Winners: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about fifteen (15) business days before each concert date. Winners will be notified via parent email provided in official entry. Parents or legal guardians of Winners will be required to respond within the stated deadline on the first notification attempt. If a response is not received within the stated deadline, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Potential winners must execute any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within three days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person whose email address is specified in the entry.

5. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Giveaway is sponsored by Prize Provider, AEG Live, in conjunction with B*tween Productions, Inc., home of the Beacon Street Girls. Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties. By participating and winning a prize, the Winner releases Sponsors, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsors' control that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Giveaway; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway. Sponsors' decisions in all respects relative to the Giveaway are final. Sponsors are not responsible if the Cheetah Girls One World concert cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to including, but not limited to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to natural disasters, weather, or other factors outside Sponsors' control. Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Giveaway is compromised, without liability to the entrant. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any Winner, as determined by Sponsors in its sole discretion. The Winner is responsible for paying any income taxes on the value of the prize received.

6. Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by accepting any prize, Winner consents to the use of her/his name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to Winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become property of B*tween Productions, Inc. and none will be acknowledged or returned.

7. Winner's List, Official Rules: For a list of prize winners or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request and a stamped, self-addressed envelope postmarked by December 31, 2008 to Cheetah Girls One World Ticket Giveaway, B*tween Productions, Inc. 1666 Massachusetts Avenue, Suite 17, Lexington, MA 02420 or (for Winners list only) send an email message by December 31, 2008 to mediarelations@btweenproductions.com with "Winners list-Cheetah Girls One World Ticket Giveaway" as the email subject and giveaway name specified in the body of the e-mail.
