"Here We Go Again" Giveaway

OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN. MANY WILL ENTER; FEW WILL WIN.

Entry deadline is September 15, 2009, at 11:59 p.m. PST.

1. Eligibility: The "Here We Go Again" Giveaway is open to all individuals age 18 or younger. Employees of sponsor and affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, immediate family members and persons living in the household are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. To enter without obligation: You may enter the Giveaway by mailing the name of a celebrity you would like to be friends with, plus a first and last name, mailing address, email address, and parent's email address to:

Entries must be postmarked no later than September 15, 2009. Use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Only three entries per person, household, and/or email address are permitted. Giveaway entrants submitting more than three entries will only be considered based on the first three entries and no more.

3. Judging and awarding of prizes: Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. All Giveaway entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules and Regulations will be entered into a drawing on or around September 20, 2009, at B*tween's offices. Three (3) entries will be picked randomly out of all entries. The selection is final and binding.

4. Prize: Three (3) winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received. The winner will receive a "Here We Go Again" CD (retail value: $18.98), a Beacon Street Girls book autographed by Demi Lovato (retail value: $6.99), a Beacon Street Girls bookmark autographed by Demi Lovato (no value given), a BSG Blue Striped Clutch (retail value: $10), a Happy Lucky Thingy Reversible Door Pillow (retail value: $12), and a BSG Mini Book with Marty Charm Necklace (retail value: $10). By entering, the participant consents for his/her entry to be considered for publication on BeaconStreetGirls.com.

5. Notification of Winners: The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the prize awarding. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or is ruled ineligible, the prize will be forfeited.

6. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules & Regulations. The Giveaway is offered by the sponsor, which is B*tween Productions, Inc., home of the Beacon Street Girls. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence whether by email or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program, or transmission malfunctions, failures, or difficulties. Sponsor's decisions in all respects relative to the Giveaway are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by sponsor in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial, and local regulations apply.

7. Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by submitting an entry, the winners consent to their winning entries and statements attributed to the winners (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become the property of B*tween Productions, and none will be acknowledged or returned.
