NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN. MANY WILL ENTER; FEW WILL WIN.
Entry deadline is August 1, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. PST.
1. Eligibility: The Mystery Girl Giveaway is open to all fans of the Beacon
Street Girls age 18 or younger. Employees of sponsor and affiliates,
subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, immediate
family members and persons living in the household are not eligible to
participate in the Giveaway. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes
entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official
Rules & Regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. To enter without obligation: You may enter the Giveaway by choosing one
video game mystery that you would like to solve (The Haunting of Castle
Malloy; Lights, Camera, Curses!; or The White Wolf of Icicle
Creek). Complete submissions must include one video game title (listed
above), include the entrant's first and last name, mailing address, email
address, and parent's email address. Please send entries to:

Entries must be postmarked no later than August 1, 2009. Use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Giveaway entrants submitting more than one (1) entry will only be considered based on the first entry and no more.
3. Judging and awarding of prizes: Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. All Giveaway entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules and Regulations will be entered into a drawing on or around August 10, 2009 at B*tween's offices. The selection is final and binding.
4. Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. The winner will receive one (1) Beacon Street Girls Bon Voyage Overnight Bag (retail value: $36), one (1) Charlotte in Paris book (retail value: $6.99), one (1) Worst Enemies/Best Friends audio book (retail value: $19.95), one (1) BSG Locker Decorating Kit (retail value: $5), one (1) Happy Lucky Thingy Squeezie Toy (retail value: $5), one (1) Marty the Dog Plush (retail value $10), one (1) "'I Am Found' by Marty the Dog" mini book (retail value: $10), one (1) Nancy Drew The White Wolf of Icicle Creek game for Nintendo Wii (retail value: $29.99), one (1) Nancy Drew Dossier Lights, Camera, Curses! game for PC (retail value: $19.99), one (1) Nancy Drew The Haunting of Castle Malloy game for PC (retail value: $19.99), six (6) assorted Nancy Drew books (retail value: $5.99 each), two (2) skull necklaces (retail value: $1 each), two (2) Nancy Drew key chains (retail value: $2 each), one (1) "Mystery Girl" t-shirt (retail value: $21.99).
One (1) second prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. The winner will receive one (1) Beacon Street Girls Purple Mini Backpack (retail value: $20), one (1) Charlotte in Paris book (retail value: $6.99), one (1) BSG Locker Decorating Kit (retail value: $5), one (1) Marty Squeezie Toy (retail value: $6), one (1) "'I Am Found' by Marty the Dog" mini book (retail value: $10), one (1) one (1) Nancy Drew The White Wolf of Icicle Creek game for Nintendo Wii (retail value: $29.99), one (1) Nancy Drew Dossier Lights, Camera, Curses! game for PC (retail value: $19.99), one (1) Nancy Drew The Haunting of Castle Malloy game for PC (retail value: $19.99), four (4) assorted Nancy Drew novels (retail value: $5.99 each), two (2) skull necklaces (retail value: $1 each), two (2) Nancy Drew key chains (retail value: $2 each), one (1) "Mystery Girl" t-shirt (retail value: $21.99).
Ten (10) runners-up will each receive one (1) Beacon Street Girls book (retail value $6.99), one (1) Nancy Drew book (retail value: $5.99), and one (1) Nancy Drew video game (one of three Wii games and seven PC games) (retail value: $19.99 – $29.99). By entering, the participant consents for his/her entry to be considered for publication on the Web site.
5. Notification of Winners: The winner and runners-up will
be notified by email within five (5) business days of the prize awarding. If a
selected winner cannot be contacted or is ruled ineligible, the prize will be
forfeited.
6. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules
& Regulations. The Giveaway is offered by the sponsor, which is B*tween
Productions, Inc., home of the Beacon Street Girls. Sponsor is not responsible
for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or
misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence whether by email or
postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or
alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware,
software program, or transmission malfunctions, failures, or difficulties.
Sponsor's decisions in all respects relative to the Giveaway are final. Sponsor
reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by sponsor in its
sole discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal,
state, provincial, and local regulations apply.
7. Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by submitting entry, the
winner consent to her winning entry and statements attributed to the winner (if
true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
All entries become the property of B*tween Productions, and none will be
acknowledged or returned.
8. Winner's List, Official Rules & Regulations: For a list of winners or a
copy of these official rules, send your request and a stamped, self-addressed
envelope postmarked by December 31, 2009, to:
