OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS
NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN. MANY WILL ENTER; FEW WILL WIN.
Entry deadline is April 15, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. PST.
1. Eligibility: The Nastia Fashion Giveaway is open to all individuals age 18
or younger. Employees of sponsor and affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising,
promotion, and fulfillment agencies, immediate family members and persons
living in the household are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Participation
in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and
acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. To enter without obligation: You may enter the Giveaway by submitting your
first and last name, mailing address, email address, and parent email address,
plus the number one item on your fashion "wish list." Entries must be
dated no later than April 15, 2009. Use of robotic, automatic, programmed or
the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Complete
submissions must include a valid personal email address and a valid parent
email address (can be the same).

Only three entries per person, household, and/or email address are permitted. Giveaway entrants submitting more than three entries will only be considered based on the first three entries and no more.
3. Judging and awarding of prizes: Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. All Giveaway entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules and Regulations will be entered into a drawing on or around April 25, 2009, at B*tween's offices. Five (5) entries will be picked randomly out of all entries to receive prizes. The selection is final and binding.
4. Prizes: Five (5) prize winners will be selected from among all eligible
entries received. The prize winners will each receive a Beacon Street Girls
Black Mini Backpack (retail value: $20) containing the following items: one (1)
tee shirt designed by Nastia Liukin for Vanilla Star Jeans (retail value $20);
one (1) Beacon Street Girls (BSG) book (retail value $6.99); one (1) BSG
mini-book (retail value: $5); one (1) BSG mini-stapler (retail value: $3); one
(1) BSG locker decorating kit (retail value: $2); one (1) BSG mini-notebook
(retail value: $1); and one (1) autographed photo of Nastia Liukin (no retail
value given). Total retail value for each: $57.99.
5. Notification of Winners: The winner will be notified by
email within five (5) business days of the prize awarding. If a selected winner
cannot be contacted or is ruled ineligible, the prize will be forfeited.
6. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules
& Regulations. The Giveaway is offered by the sponsor, which is B*tween
Productions, Inc. and not Nastia Liukin. Sponsor is not responsible for late,
lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected
entries, responses, or other correspondence whether by email or postal mail or
otherwise, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of
entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program,
or transmission malfunctions, failures, or difficulties. By entering, the
entrant releases Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims,
demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss,
or any other harm suffered in connection with this Giveaway. Sponsor's
decisions in all respects relative to the Giveaway are final. Sponsor reserves
the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by sponsor in its sole
discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state,
provincial, and local regulations apply. Neither Nastia Liukin, nor Nastia
Liukin's management, nor any entity affiliated with her, are endorsing,
sponsoring or otherwise affiliated with this contest in any way. Nastia Liukin
shall have no obligation to contest entrants.
7. Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by submitting an entry, the
winners consent to their winning entries and statements attributed to the
winners (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional
compensation. All entries become the property of B*tween Productions, and none
will be acknowledged or returned.
8. Winner's List, Official Rules & Regulations: For a list of winners or a
copy of these official rules, send your request and a stamped, self-addressed
envelope postmarked by December 31, 2009, to:
