OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN. MANY WILL ENTER; FEW WILL WIN.

Entry deadline is December 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. PST.

1. Eligibility: The Nick Jonas Dog Tag Giveaway is open to all individuals age 18 or younger. Employees of sponsor and affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, immediate family members and persons living in the household are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. To enter without obligation: You may enter the Giveaway by mailing a brief description (no more than 150 words) of a "simple win" (triumph over adversity) you have achieved, plus a first and last name, mailing address, email address, and parent's email address to:

Entries must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2008. Use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Only three entries per person, household, and/or email address are permitted. Giveaway entrants submitting more than three entries will only be considered based on the first three entries and no more.

3. Judging and awarding of prizes: Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. All Giveaway entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules and Regulations will be entered into a drawing on or around January 5, 2009, at B*tween's offices. Five (5) entries will be picked randomly out of all entries. The selection is final and binding.

4. Prize: Five (5) winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received. Each winner will receive one (1) dog tag endorsed by Nick Jonas for the awareness and benefit of diabetes research in partnership with Bayer Diabetes Care (retail value $5). By entering, the participant consents for his/her entry to be considered for publication on the BeaconStreetGirls.com.

5. Notification of Winners: The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the prize awarding. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or is ruled ineligible, the prize will be forfeited.

6. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules & Regulations. The Giveaway is offered by the sponsor, which is B*tween Productions, Inc. and Bayer Diabetes Care, and not Nicholas Jonas. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence whether by email or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program, or transmission malfunctions, failures, or difficulties. By entering, the entrant releases Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with this Giveaway. Sponsor's decisions in all respects relative to the Giveaway are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by sponsor in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial, and local regulations apply. Neither Nicholas Jonas, nor Nicholas Jonas' management, nor The Jonas Brothers' Change for the Children Foundation, Inc., nor any entity affiliated with them (collectively the "Jonas Entities"), are endorsing, sponsoring or otherwise affiliated with this contest in any way. The Jonas Entities shall have no obligation to contest entrants other than to provide the five (5) first prizes.

7. Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by submitting an entry, the winners consent to their winning entries and statements attributed to the winners (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become the property of B*tween Productions, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor will be permitted to share such entries with the Jonas Entities.
