Puppy Picture Contest

OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN. MANY WILL ENTER; FEW WILL WIN.

Entry deadline is March 15, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. PST.

1. Eligibility: The Puppy Picture Contest is open to all individuals age 18 or younger. Employees of sponsor and affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, immediate family members and persons living in the household are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. To enter without obligation: You may enter the Contest by mailing up to three drawings of a dog to:

Entries must be postmarked no later than March 15, 2009. Use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Only three entries per person, household, and/or email address are permitted. Contest entrants submitting more than three entries will only be considered based on the first three entries and no more.

3. Judging and awarding of prizes: Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. All Contest entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules and Regulations will be evaluated upon the following criteria: 50% effort, 25% artistic skill, and 25% neatness. Designs will be judged by B*tween Productions staff on or around March 30, 2009, at B*tween's offices. Eight (8) winners will be chosen among all entries.

4. Prize: The winners will receive a DVD copy of Screen Media Films' Dog Gone (rated PG) (retail value: $24.98). By entering, the participant consents for his/her entry to be considered for publication on the Web site.

5. Notification of Winners: The winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the prize awarding. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or is ruled ineligible, the prize will be forfeited.

6. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules & Regulations. The Contest is offered by the sponsor, which is B*tween Productions, Inc. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence whether by email or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program, or transmission malfunctions, failures, or difficulties. By entering, the entrant releases Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with this Contest. Sponsor's decisions in all respects relative to the Contest are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by sponsor in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial, and local regulations apply.

7. Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by submitting an entry, the winners consent to their winning entries and statements attributed to the winners (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become the property of B*tween Productions, and none will be acknowledged or returned.

8. Winner's List, Official Rules & Regulations: For a list of winners or a copy of these official rules, send your request and a stamped, self-addressed envelope postmarked by December 31, 2009, to:
