Cafeteria Chat

Yo!

Avery here. What IS that on my tray? A bird? A plane? Nope ... it's cafeteria food!

It seems like, for some reason, sitting together and choking down that unidentifiable food matter really gets people to bond. And, you know I'm never afraid to speak my mind—especially at lunch with the BSG. That's where we all feel free to let loose on any old subject we feel like talking about.

Today, that subject just happens to be the subject at hand, lunch! Everybody has a different opinion. MY favorite lunch is a big, juicy turkey wrap, but Charlotte actually seems to like that stuff they serve in the cafeteria. (My mom always says there's no accounting for taste!)

once, some kid threw a hot dog across the cafeteria. it bounced off the wall back to him! crazy, riight??!! This kid in my class did it. it worked! he hit me!

	This is a true story, NO LIE! Okay, well there was rice in the cafitria and some kids ate it. They started throwing up and they had to go home and there was a notice sent home. They didn't serve rice for a while. I think, if I heard what was in it correctly, there was worms in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!

i could name like 3 most nastiest foods in my cafeteria
1:Tuna sandwich it taste like it just came out of the can and put on stale bread
2:turkey and gravy with mash potatoes the mashed potatoes taste really wierd but the turkey is good

3:spaggheti with roll the roll is stale and the spaggheti taste over boiled

It was so frieky. You have to know. So i was with my friend and we were walking to the main office to get this huge punishment. And my friendhad this yummjy cheesecake with her. And so we walked into the office and the pricipal was there. and she was about to kill us and then all of a sudden the secretary is like. Leaved them alone thats my favorite cheesecake. So we gave them each a peice of cheesecake and they left us alone! Freaky right?

OMG, my friend helped the lunch lady once because she dropped a bunch of papers, and one of them was a bill to the SHAMROCKS TOFU COMPANY!!!! No wonder the chicken nuggets bounce like rubber, they're made of TOFU! Nothing's bad about tofu, it blends right in to the meal, but TOFU!? I guess it's ok...but TOFU!? 	some of my cafe` food is good, but on the other hand its horrible!!!! soggy french toast sticks on mondays, disgusting pizza on fridays, bouncing chicken nuggets on tuesday and stale grilled cheese sandwichs on thursdays! The only thing i like is the baked potatos, and i mean who can mess those up?!!?! all the food is prefrozen. I wish they'd give us some real food!!!!

	i am in middle school this year and the lunches are unedible! they are gross, even the teachers call it mistary meat. but next year i am going up to the highs school and the food is amazing the lunch is home made! the middle school and the high school are both really small about 200 each .

	In my school, you aren't allowed to bring your own lunch! Seriously! The menu, luckily, isn't all that bad although Wednesday's lunch-fish sticks-is really gross. also, i'm a vegetarian and don't eat fish. At least the lunch on Thursday and friday is good- pasta and french fries.

6 all of the meat tastes fatty and extremely strange
I honestly dont know how kids can eat that but i guess thats their chose.
the only thing i am willing to buy is a drink from the machine, a bag of chips or a bag of cookies from the snack stand which are prepackaged.

	At my school once they served this GROSS pizza and after eating it about 10 people threw up and went home sick. After that day they stopped serving that pizza and got a different kind. Usually I bring my own lunch and only buy pizza once a month and get the pasta instead. Also the sandwiches are gross too. My friend bought one and it was soggy and wet! EEWWW!

Ok, The food at my elementary school in 6th grade was gross. One time, my friend (and i saw this...) got a chichen burger and it had some sort of green mold on it! Total yuck! My teacher even took a picture to it! Now, in 7th grade, my jr. high has food that hasn't reached it's expired date. You can make your own sub sandwich, and there's even ICE CREAM and POPSICLES! The Bagels and FRESH BAKED COOKIES stay in a warm oven UNTIL you ask for them. YUMM!

OK I hate our school. At lunch we have to sit in strait lines, NO TALKING, no sitting with who you want to. Me and my BFF call it "Boot Camp USA". That and our food makes it TERRIBLE!!! Our meat, like sausages and burgers, is PINK inside. I mean UNCOOKED pink. They don't give us enough food. (salad= about 1 leaf, veggies=1 baby carrot, and 1 small piece of celery) Also, when we have THANKSGIVING DAY, (wow how exiting!) we get a slice of bread with gravy and like 3 small chunks of turkey on top. We can ONLY get milk for lunch, and if U R lactose intolerant, you have to bring your own water or your out of luck. If you are vegetarian, like me, oh well, big deal. Oh, and then if you don't like the lunch they have, then you get a peanut butter sandwich, with about a teaspoon of peanut butter on it. And then, they wonder why their students are always grumpy, hungry, and mean to each other. IT'S 'CUZ THEY DON'T FEED
US!!! Now I bring lunch.
