This year I, Avery Koh Madden, resolve to…

1. Spend more quality time with my brothers. Especially Tim, because I don’t get to see him that much when he’s away at college.

2. Get organized. I know I can be pretty messy (my mom DOES call me the “walking hurricane”), but this year I’m going to do my best to put things where they belong so I don’t have to tear my house a part when I can’t find my homework, or my cleats, or my pet snake, Walter!

3. Study better, practice harder, have more fun. These seven words are going to be my mantra (the phrase I’ll repeat to myself to get inspired). Basically, this year, I just want to be an even more excellent version of me!

	dear avery i just found out that i am not old enough to voulnteer and help the communtity. I was going to work at the animal shelter but i can't cause im not old enough.i can help the community in small ways like if i see someone litter i can tell them to pick it up and throw it in the garbage and besides a little adds up to a lot in a long run

I'm going to try and listen to my mom and help her out around the house or whatever. I'll try to make more friends and be a better and happier person. ( I have been sort of in a way miserable for about a month, even though I have lots of friends. It's just this one girl. I thought she was my BFFL. I guess not... smilies/sad.gif
